[Shoshi Ana]

It was true not every guy would fall in love with Rangiku, sure she was beautiful and could be utterly kind but she was also a bit wacky at times from Ana's point but wacky could be a nice change every once in awhile. Ana enjoyed her company none the less and she was sure there was a guy that was right for Rangiku out there somewhere. "No I've seen him... just not officially met him" Ana said when asked about Hitsugaya, why were they still having this conversation about this guy anyway? Sighing a little Ana was going to get a headache from this subject "Love is not about age but emotion" Ana said quietly before saying maybe after the war they should have a double date when they both got guys, if it was at all possible. Ana was in no rush to find love though, she was young, when the time was right it'd come along again. "Stop looking around" she said laughing a little shaking her head.

It sounded great, Lilito and Ana head to head, would be interesting for sure. Yet Ana was probably a little too excited about this then she should be but come on 4th head of the 2nd Division! How could she not be excited about that. Watching Lilito's expression though when her milkshake came out had Ana smile "Wait till you taste it" she said. Chocolate milkshake was not Ana's thing really, milk wasn't really her thing but many people did like milkshakes and that one sure did look tempting.

Ana held back a small laugh watching the two and nodded her head when Ichigo said he was not babysitting, what would he call it then? "Alright I believe you. If you need help with work though just say so" she didn't mind his boss, she had extra points in Ana's books for surprise attacking Ichigo, not an easy thing to do really. "Oh speaking of which if you are free tomorrow at six the Judo master could use some help in his adult class... though if you can't make it I will jump in" she knew Ichigo said he was interested in it so Ana said she'd see what she could do for him and there was some assistance needed tomorrow, if he would take it was another matter.

Taking a sip of her tea she watched the two as Lilito teased Ichigo a bit, oh yea was probably just as well Rangiku was not here. Smiling to herself she staid quiet before telling him to be a little nicer, honestly the poor Shinigami was suffering, Yamamoto was said to be dead and war was breaking out, he could try be a little nicer. Glancing to Ichigo to see his reaction when Lilito said what was happening in Soul Society she sighed a little. Seemed this Juha Bach guy was much stronger than first thought to be, Ichigo was going to need some serious training to avenge his mother.

Nodding her head for a moment she had to agree, she had not believed it at first about Yamamoto, she was still questioning it but the story of this Quincy guy being so strong, that she believed. "I told Lilito that the we will be training with the zero division when they call us" Ana pointed out. She was hoping Ichigo would not rush into anything too quickly without thinking things through and they did need training, that much was true.

[Miyami Lilito]

Lilito knew how great Rangiku was she was like a magnet to men that was because she was beautiful and had some assets to seal the deal also. But she felt for Rangiku no matter what she was like she still deserved to find someone nice for her but she guessed she just liked flirting a bit for now. ''Oh you have seen him! well then?'' she said raising her eyebrows ''What do you think of him, you like them then?'' she asked maybe her and Rangiku could work something out here providing Hitsugaya was of her taste. She waved a hand casually ''Oh yeah if its really someone you just cant not have then go for it'' she said like her she much preferred guys her junior there were some pretty boys here in Karakura and she could pick them out with ease. She grinned seeing she had been caught out scanning for some hot guys she couldn't help it she could look right but not touch.

She was excited for this little friendly match between her and Ana, well she wasn't sure she'd go so friendly on her she only aimed to defeat those she fought she was reasonable though she'd let Ana have a head start. ''I combine many different techniques to take out my opponents, be on your toes and it will go just fine'' she said wagging a finger. She had slurped up all her chocolate milkshake and then caught the attention of the staff ordering another one. ''You're right... I must have another'' she said.

She smiled towards Ichigo ''Oh she's the boss then...what she says goes'' she said to him she smiled that little bit more seeing he was getting embarrassed and uncomfortable. ''Then why are you so dismissive...'' she began. ''Do you always shoot down a girl who's into you?'' she asked tilting her head to one side gently. ''I just told you you're hot and you knock me back...that's not nice now is it'' she giggled. ''Well lets hope you fight better than you deal with girls'' she told him. She actually figured his life was a whirlwind and he had no time but maybe one day he would find someone who made him want to give all his time and settle down have a human life for once. ''Its ok, you don't have to worry I wont bite besides your way too young for me'' she smiled.

She kind of see his mean streak coming through surly there was more to him that a big meanie, he saved people's lives out of the kindness of his heart so he had something in him that was kind and considerate in there. It appeared Ana knew Ichigo very well ''So how long you guys been friends then?'' she asked wondering it seemed trust was accomplished between them so how long had it taken to establish that. She watched them both seeming Ana had a job for Ichigo at a dojo ''Oh your good at combat then Ichigo?'' she said. Ana was so she wondered what Ichigo knew too, oh she'd love to fight him also get some perspectives of that power.

She had nodded after Ichigo took in her sudden information ''Its true'' she said before he might question the validity. ''Im simply echoing what the reports say...Kyroaku former captain is now standing Yamamoto's place for now and he personally asked me to come see you today'' she said. She sat up straight when he agreed to do what he could ''Great'' she clapped her hands together. She frowned afterwards though should she tell Ichigo and Ana who was already killed in action? no it would be frightening to know what kinds of shinigami they had already ploughed through and killed. But she had to get her point across of the utmost seriousness and absolute despair their were in she looked to Ana then Ichigo ''Vice Captains have already been destroyed so divisions are missing vital members of their teams...Juha is not to be taken lightly not only does he have 26 stern ritter but foot soldiers who he does not care for'' she said. ''Stern ritters are the 26 strongest Quincies...they are ranked using alphabetical order for example the highest Stern ritter is letter A letter z being the least of our worries'' she said.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

So far it had been his boss who got her way, he was covering for her so she could go off these past few nights he saw the chance to finish up paperwork but no way did she tell him he'd be watching over her son, he wasn't cut out for whiny kids and besides he defiantly didn't want Ichigo hanging about so that was something they both agreed on. He turned his glance to Ana and nodded ''Sure, whatever you can do the babysitting next time then'' he smirked he could get on with the lists that needed writing and checking off. He did sit up more and take some more interest however when Ana brought up the extra help needed at the dojo. ''I'll be there!'' he said but he frowned thinking for a moment Ikumi had asked him to cover the late hours ''Uh, wait Ikumi told me....'' he began but he could do both right leave the shop for no longer than an hour or something but then again Ikumi's son would need someone there. He sighed ''Not sure if I can make it...i'll have to check with Ikumi'' he said.

Ichigo's eyes moved onto Lilito, she really didn't give in with this he scowled ''Im dismissive cause I don't wanna talk about it'' he explained. He defiantly didn't want to talk about this subject not when he barely spoke of what bothered him let alone this topic he wasn't the sharing type and kept to himself but it seemed Lilito was the opposite of that. ''Yes I would!'' he said to her question, of course he would turn down her or any other girl who thought they could embarrass him. The likes of Yoruichi and Rangiku just simply asked him stupid questions because they wanted a reaction and nothing but, he didn't take their comments seriously and just saw it as a way to wind him up or make fun of him. He looked baffled at what she said next he just shook his head ''Im not nice ever'' he sighed ''Besides haven't you got more important stuff to tell me'' he added trying to sway her towards that.

A more worrying concern was the fact the strongest shinigami had fallen, just what else was this Juha capable of? He did wonder how Yamamoto's bankai couldn't be enough to defeat him he had so much experience age and wisdom how could he lose! ''Kyoraku! that guy is stepping in....so is he now the head commander?'' he asked he assumed someone had to replace him now permanently. It was still a shock and difficult to understand without knowing the details but sitting back and trying to figure it out would do nothing in a way he was glad Soul Society had already replaced Yamamoto with someone they needed someone to stand as a head or everyone would just lose it, still Kyoraku probably now had immense pressure on him.

He looked to Ana hearing she had already told Lilito about their soon to be training he needed that to help with some much needed control. He suddenly looked surprised at the information vice captains had gone too ''Already!?'' he sighed what was going on up there they didn't seem so organised like once Yamamoto went some might of give up hope there was still captains they were strong. He listened in when she told him about how these so called stern ritters which were Quincy soldiers had been ranked with an alphabet ranking whoever was A was going to be troublesome or was that Juha? He got it the strong ones were the first letters but whoever was 'Z' was no worth their time or did they have something unique about them he wondered. ''That's the plan...i'll get stronger we all will only then can we help you'' he said.

[Shoshi Ana]

Well then what? Ana was confused, she didn't get what she was supposed to say exactly. "Ah... yea, I've seen him" she added quietly a little confused as she tilted her head to the side a little. Was Lilito trying to use some secret code Ana didn't know about? She had no idea, all she knew was this topic was getting a little weird and she was suddenly wishing Ichigo would just show up so the focus could be put on him instead. Though Lilito suddenly made herself very clear as Ana's eyes suddenly widened "What!?" she nearly shouted. How would she know if he was too her taste, did she have a taste, she didn't think she did and if she did she had no idea what her taste was. "I... I... no... I don't know... why..." she said stumbling around with her words. What was Lilito even thinking, gee asking someone that. "It's not about looks anyway" Ana mumbled looking to the side, where was Ichigo when you need him to distract people from the topic at hand.

Ana herself used her combination of martial arts when she fought, though it was the sword that was her real weapon, she could stand fine in hand to hand and she had her unique abilities but it was the sword in the hand when she really because a threat, not that she often used her weapon anyway. Nodding her head she would keep in mind Lilito would use a variety of techniques on her, she'd get Urahara to teach her some moves before she went up against Lilito then.

Smiling a little as Lilito said she needed another milkshake Ana shook her head before spotting Ichigo and frowned a little, her babysit! "Why do I have to babysit" she whined before sighing "Fine..." she could do that, if it helped Ichigo out with his work a little then she'd babysit the kid, how bad could it be? She mentioned how her work needed some help and smiled when Ichigo agreed, her smile faded a little when he seemed to remember something. Thinking for a moment Ana nodded her head "If it's the kid bring him... I'll teach him some moves" she added though she had no idea what Ikumi needed Ichigo to do, she was a strange lady that one.

Glancing to Lilito Ana shrugged her shoulders at her question, she had no idea, a few years, Ana had not been counting though if she counted back it was what maybe three years or something like that. What did their friendship have to do with this anyway, wasn't she supposed to be telling Ichigo about Yamamoto and the situation in Soul Society. "He's right... he's never nice" Ana quickly said glancing to Ichigo and smirked a little, ok was a lie, he was sometimes nice.

Observing the two as they talked about what was happening Ana just sipped on her tea keeping quiet. Nodding her head in agreement with Ichigo's statement she put her cup down. "Do you guys have any information on the Quincy that might help us out here?" Ana asked Lilito, they had Quincy here but they used techniques they had not faced before which was a problem, if they could get more information then they could be better prepared in the long run. Any information that Soul Society had would be helpful.
