Shinji smirked a little ''Oh yea...this book'' he said and took it out from his pocket and tossed to Mia. ''Here you go'' he said and then walked passed her and into the house. He looked around and sighed ''Where the heck is Ichigo....'' he sighed ''He better not be hiding because he knows im gonna train him'' he said and then frowned as he looked to the clinic he walked in and found Ichigo and Orihime. ''Well..there you are...i was begining to think you'd run off'' he said to Ichigo then looked at Orihime ''Sorry Inoue, im gonna have to steal Ichigo off you for a while...cos he's meant to be trainning not hitting on you'' he chuckled.

[Kurosaki Isshin]

Isshin looked on as Ikkaku carried the tied up Mikaru into the basement ''Well this will be interesting'' he said to himself and then looked to Revie ''Of course you can, i dont blame you to be honest...come on in it will be nice to meet you properly'' he said and allowed her to lead the way he followed on behind and once everyone was inside he shut the door ''Keep an eye on that guy and ill go check on Yuzu and Karin'' he said and went upstairs.

[Asano Keigo]

Mikaru was carried into the house and into the basement by Ikkaku he was literallty dropped on the floor and he landed awkwardly he lay there not moving for a while but he eventually stired as he moved slowly and began to mumble things to himself, things that weret exsactly recogniable as words before he usddenly jumped up screaming he tried to move his arms but he looked down seeing he was tied up ''What is this!!'' he said as he continued to struggle.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo looked at Orihime as she told him she hardly ever felt pain, that was until she had a reaction to the stuff he just put on her shoulder. He smirked ''You were saying?'' he said to her and then removed the bandage before reching for a clean one and wrapped it around her amr and shoulder and tie it tight. ''Too tight?'' he asked her before he heard her say she hadnt been responsible ''Na...its fine Inoue, you just wanted your hairpins back...i cant blame you for that, besides im gonna get them back for you remember'' he smiled to her before he looked passed Orihime and see Shinji and his scowl returned. ''What do you want?'' he said and then heard him say he had to steal him away for his trainning and he make a remark that set Ichigo's temper rising again. ''Shut up and die Shinji'' he said as he cleared up some stuff before looking to Orihime ''Will you be ok now?'' he asked her and then walked round towards Shinji ready to head off for his trainning.

[kuchiki rukia *]

Rukia looked at Mia and nodded when she told her she could do the interogation ''I will...thanks'' she said. She walked in and braced herself thinking all kinds of things to ask Mikaru she wanted to find out these things.

She followed Ikkaku and then sat in front of Mikaru and awaited for him to wake up. She widened her eyes as she saw him stir a bit she took in a breath and see him as he tried to escape. ''Sit still...we wont hurt you as long as you answer every question we ask you'' she said to him. ''I want to know...who Itsuki is'' she said.

[Reiko Sato]

Mia smiled at Shinji "thank you Shinji-san" she said when he gave her the book back she held it very close to her clearly ment alot to her.

When she was in the basment she un plugged her assistant from the machine and broke it up and put it in her bag she had just put the book by her bag whilst she dissembled the machine. She glanced over at Rukia and Mikaru she shook her head knowing full well in a few moments he will be laugthing over no reason as a side effect to the powder.

Revie smiled at Isshin ''Thanks Mr Kurosaki sir'' she said and bowed her head a little showing respect, she had heard he was a former captain in Soul Society. She walked inside and looked to Ikkaku carrying Mikaru seeing everyone going to the basement to question him over all the goings on lately.

She took the chance to speak to Isshin but waited seeing as he was checking on his daughters. ''Oh, Ichigo didnt tell me he had two sisters...'' she smiled.

[Inoue Orihime]

Orihime just smiled a little to Ichigo ''Heh heh...i guess i do feel pain just as bad then'' she said and then watched him with content on her face as he took care of her wound and asked her if he was tieing the bandage up to tight. She just just shook her head ''No its great!'' she said and heard him say he would still get her hairpins back for her. ''Thank you Kurosaki-Kun...'' she said and raised her shoulders a little. ''I will have to start calling you Dr Kurosaki-Kun soon'' she laughed a little before she heard Shinji's voice. ''Oh Hirako-San...hello'' she said her legs swinging back and forth again. She looked dumbfounded when he said he needed to steal Ichigo from her ''Oh no no im so sorry for holding you up! i didnt realise'' she said but her eyes widened at his comment as she swallowed thickly and tried to sit still even though she felt a little uncomfortable after that. She nodded when Ichigo asked if she would be alright now ''Yeah, im ok now...you go train i'll be rooting for you'' she smiled and watched them go but then she remebered something. ''Oh Kurosaki-Kun!'' she called him and hopefully caught his attention. ''I never go to tell you...congratulations on getting your power back'' she nodded at her words and smiled.

[ikkaku]

Ikkaku looked at Mikaru and sighed ''Man your a sad, sorry case aint you...he isnt gonna last five minuites he'll pass out from nervousness'' he smirked as he folded his arms and just watched after that.

[shinji]

Shinji laughed heartedly at Ichigo's ''Shut up and die'' comment ''Such harsh words for someone who's just recovered spirit energy'' he grinned. He looked at Orihime and nodded to her ''Sorry bout that...when he's done you can chat to him all you like'' he said and then started to walk out as Ichigo agreed to go.
Though Shinji stopped when he heard Orihime call Ichigo. Shinji looked from Orihime to Ichigo as she congratulated him. Shinji's smirk grew ever so much. ''Ah you two...'' he said shaking his head. ''I dont wanna go through being a teenager again thats for sure'' he said. ''Lets go then, Ichigo!''

Shinji walked out the clinic and then glanced to Ichigo ''Your spirit energy's coming along nicely...its surprisingly steady for someone whose just obtained their powers back...we will get you back to full strength in no time, follow me'' he said and approched the basement again walking down the set of stairs with his hands in his pockets. ''Ah whats all the commotion down hear then?'' he said as he stood at the bottom of the steps looking at Rukia questionning Mikaru.

''Were gonna do some trainning outside Ichigo...this place has too many noisy people!'' he said directing it at Mikaru. Shinji heard Mia's thanks and he nodded ''What's in that thing anyway?'' he asked her and then went to a corner and picked up some of he's things he had just left in there. He glanced to Ichigo ''Outside it is then...'' he said and then made his way back up and out of the house and round the back of Ichigo's house where he once was at the very start of all this. He dropped all the things he had carried out with him and looked at Ichigo. 'Alright then...first lesson will be stamina!'' he declared. ''Your tensa Zangetsu gave you immpecable stamina that i'd be proud to have...i want you to have that much stamina when your in your shikai or in your case unsealed form because Zangetsu cannot be sealed into a small form...but you already knew that one right'' he said. ''Your arm strength needs to be improved how much can you withstand ...i bet you have once given your body workout in those 2 years you lost your power am i right?'' he said pointing his zanpakuto at Ichigo's arms. ''This is what will give a powerful strike with your zanpakuto...if there's no power in your arms then there's no power in your swing get me?'' he said. ''Push ups are good for stamina and the upper body...what are you standing there for get down and gimme a 1000 of em!'' he demanded.
