Part two: Kurosaki family : Test subject (open)

Mia sighed "so it seemed to be inherated in the family" she said and took a mental note "but no surprised there" she said to herself. "im still not sure how much i should tell you" she said "im gessng if youve seen him you can see spirits?" she questioned.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo almost smiled as she thanked him for what he wasnt sure ''Yeah yeah, its fine'' he said as he looked over his shoulder spotting Isshin. '''You sure took your time'' he muttered and watvhed as he approached Mrs Hiroshimi and wanted to question her and allow her to see her husband. Ichigo gave a sigh and then walked towards the main house once more ''Dad you'll be ok from here on, im gonna disppear but i'll still help out if you really need it'' he said and glanced to Mrs Hiroshimi addressing her quickly before disappearing upstairs and into his bedroom not even having a clue that Karin was heavily questioning Mia. Ichigo walked in and the first thing he noticed was his window wide open as usual but he wasnt going to close it anytime soon.

[Kurosaki Isshin]

Isshin glanced to Ichigo ''Thanks!'' he called to him as he announced he was disappearing to his room and he could of said something to provoke Ichigo right there but he stopped himself. ''If i end up rushed off my feet ill be sure to drag you down'' he smirked and then looked back at Mrs Hiroshimi. ''Well i supose my first question is have you noticed anything strange recently?'' he said to which Mrs Hiroshimi thought about. ''No, nothing my husband and i both went out to work this morning the usual time and my daughter went to school before us it was a perfectly normal day for us'' she sighed. ''Im sorry im not much help'' she added. Isshin shook his head ''No no, you are of some help Mrs Hiroshimi'' he said to her. ''Well i have my suspicions but im not an investigator i can only do the job i am allowed to do and give advice'' he said. ''Another quesiton for you, you might not of even noticed it but was there anyone hanging round the house or approching you put of the blue?'' he said. Mrs Hiroshimi frowned ''Ive bumped into loads of people but you want to know everything like that?'' she asked and Isshin nodded ''Uh well...lets see now, i always bump nto my neighbour and we talk she told me how they were all going away for the week on a family holiday that was all the usual neighbourly chat really, and i apologised to a stranger on my journey to work...there was nothing unusual about him though'' she said.

Isshin thought and then nodded ''On holiday you say? um Mrs Hiroshimi would you mind giving me your address please? we need it anyway but i think its important to dicovering who made this vicious attack'' he said. Mrs Hiroshimi blinked ''Oh um yeah i can write it down'' she said taking out a notepad and a pen scribbling down her address and tearing the page out. ''Here, do you think its to do with my neighbours then? i mean there a nice family we've known them for years!'' she said. Isshin took in a breath taking the address ''No its not about the family, im just concerned that they are out for the week is all'' he said.

Karin widened her eyes when Mia said it ran in their family ''What does!! you mean im gonna become what my brother is!? i dont wanna! every night Ichi comes home with huge injuries that i just know arent ordinary he says he gets into fights at school but high schoolers arent that vicious he gets broken bones, cuts the size of a blade students dont do that!this isnt normal!'' she said firmly. ''I know Ichi doesnt want me to know because ive tried to confront him about it, he was called obviously by someone in trouble and i tried to stop him from going asked him but he refused to tell me and left anyway, the next time i saw him after that he was unconcious for days! im his sister i want to know why my brother is allowing himself to gert so hurt!'' she said and heard Mia ask if she could see spirirts ''Of course i can! there's ghosts lingering everywhere...'' she began but paused ''Cant you sense that? one of those monster things again they are always around!'' she said and stood up going to the window and looking out she see a hollow ''There!!! look look you know what it is dont you! watch my brother will probably be there any second!'' she said as if trying to prove that she knew almsot everything.

[kuchiki rukia *]

Just as Karin had spotted the hollow a dark figure came swooping in a pure shite shuny blade hit the light from the moon in contrast to the figures shadowness. The blade made a loud ringing noise as it sliced through the hollow with ease. It began to desintergrate and the shadowy figure stood still watching before their sword was sheathed with a clunk!
The person was clearly a woman she had a very small petite frame and raven black hair, she felt like she was being watched and looked over her shoulder to see Karin's face in the window. ''Damn'' the woman said to herself and used a flash step to escape Karin's sight.

''Why did it take so long for that hollow to be slayed?'' she questionned herself as she appeared on the roof of a house just opposite the Kurosaki household. ''There are reiatsu's darted round this town and yet it wasnt dealth with as quickly as i thought...'' she whispered. She looked up across to see Kurosaki Ichigo's window wide open the usual thing, she smirked a little for she was a long time friend of his because the woman was none other than Kuchiki Rukia.

Rukia straightened up and made another flash step appearing at the orange haired teen's open window. Leaning inside she climbed and jumped in before Ichigo himself she looked at him and took in how much older he looked dare she say it he seemed to of grown in himself and in height too as she walked closer to him seeing how short she was in comparrsion. ''Well well well, Kurosaki Ichigo...'' she smirked bearing her pearly whites. Oh how long had it been since she last saw Ichigo two maybe three years ago now she had lost track because years seemed like mere hours to her long life. ''Ibe got a bone to pick with you...'' she said but suddenly heard the wailing cries of a significant other. ''NEEEEE-SANNNNNN!!!'' the plush toy yelled as he flew in her direction in attmepts to cling to her. Rukia only kept her eyes on Ichigo and lifted her leg to block Kon's way as she kicked him to the ground and squished his little soft plushed head into the floor. ''Kon! you havent changed...maybe your a bit more worn now'' she siad and finally looked at him under her foot.

Mia watched the shinigami slay the hollow. "your not nessicarily going to become like your brother, and seeing as you can see them i might as well tell you a little, your brother slays those monsters also known as hollows" she said and looked back at karin. "just keep this between us ok, i dont think i should be the one tell you this" she said and then looked into Karins eyes your brother, fights to protect people he cares for" she said "im here to help your brother" she said "and i can promise you im not going to halm him" she added and smiled warmly.
"i have simmiler abilites to your brother i can slay those monsters too" she said and smiled. "here" she added and grabbed her bag operning it and rummaged around the bottomless pit of a bag and pulled out two necklaces. "one for you and one for your sister" she said "if for any reason you bump into any hollows" she said and pointed to a symbole "it will let me know imediatly and will give you some protection until i can get to you" she said and smiled.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

(ooc: sure! welcome back Rukia!)

Ichigo entered his room and kicked the door closed behind him with a foot before glancing to his window seeing how dark it had suddenly got. He looked beisde him reaching for a light switch but he paused thinking he had heard something by his window. Who the hell was that trying to climb in, if they were trying to break and enter the house they werent doing a good job of it. Ichigo immediatly flicked on the light revealing the shadowy figure to be none other that the very shinigami who awakened his own power some time ago. ''Rukia!!?'' Ichigo said not beleiving she could even be here, back in his room like before. Ichigo didnt say much just trying to take in she was actually here he eventually smirked a little glad to see her but he wasnt showing that very much. ''What the hell are you doing back here!? your suposed to be in Soul Society!'' he said firmly but listened to her say his full name she never did that. ''Shut up'' Ichigo muttered before seeing her analyze him probably because they hadnt seen one another for a couple of years ''Oh yeah thats right how old are you now, 400 or something?'' he smirked even though she didnt age like a human he was implying it. ''Its good to see you though, Rukia'' he added but fell silent when she said she had a bone to pick with him, what had he done now?

He sighed watching Kon act his usual self when Rukia arrived here some things never did change. ''So come on then, lets hear it what have i done wrong then?'' he asked her as he folded his arms awaiting to hear this he couldnt possibly of done anything bad because he didnt have his shinigami power to get into any mess with, though maybe she was here because of that very thing. ''Sit down, i know why your here actually...no more i just realised why'' he said.

[Kurosaki Isshin]

Karin waited patiently at the window just for Ichigo to show up and kill the hollow like she had once seen him do before. But he never arrived someone else did. ''No, that cant be right, Ichi is always there straight away! he'd never let happen...why is someone else doing it?'' she said but noticed the figure had looked right at her. Karin's eyes widened ''Thats Rukia!!'' she blurted but shook her head thinking she was seeing things. She turned to Mia hearing she may not become like Ichigo why did that sound bad? she looked up to her brother but it ended when she saw him go through many recuperations, its a good job they ran a clinic!
Karin listened on and she got somewhere, she had gotten an answer she wasn banking on ''My brother's a shinigami isnt he...i knew it!! i just needed someone to confirm it my suspicions were right!'' she said. ''What does a shinigami do thats so dangerous?'' she asked but Mia had answered how they slay hollows on purpose it became a little clearer ''But something more powerful harms him! those hollows he slays easily so who are they that are so powerful they practically try and kill him!'' she beamed. But she nodded when Mia asked her to keep what she was going to say next a secret between them ''I swear, i just want the truth nothing more'' she said and listened to how Ichigo fights to protect people. Karin looked a little guilty she frowned and looked to the floor ''He really does that?....'' she said.
''It makes sense, Ichigo's always been protective like that ever since when we were all little'' she said to Mia ''My brother's not normally a nice person you know he's seen as mean and troublesome, people keep away and refuse to see him for what he actually is'' she said. ''But your going to help him with something right? thats good that someone is you know, because im so sure one day Ichi will repay you for your help for definate!'' she smiled and nodded.

Karin suddenly looked confused as Mia handed her 2 necklaces ''W-what are these..'' she began but heard the explanation ''So your one too...so i bet its cool to be a shinigami huh? you have power in you to do whatever you wish with, you know choose if you want to use it to help towards poverty or fix up your own problems, i could use some powers i'd make sure my power could put a zip on an annoying Dad's mouth'' she grinned. She looked at the necklaces and nodded ''Alright, i'll be sure to tell Yuzu too, thank you Mia-San'' she said.

[kuchiki rukia *]

Rukia grinned as she stood before him ''Surprised aint cha!'' she said and then crossed her arms. ''Its been a while hasnt it Ichigo...'' she added. Though she frowned hearing how he was poking fun at how quicky she aged. ''Almost!'' she said and then looked around his room ''I see nothing has changed except...'' she said and tried to find something that had changed. ''You, youre different...i can see your becoming the man you wish to be later in life...you never do back down from your goals'' she said and then looked at Kon as he whined under her foot. ''And im scared to say its been strange not seeing you either Kon'' she said and Kon just raised a paw giving a thumbs up. Though thankfully Rukia was kitted out in her shinigami robes not allowing any 'nice angles' for the stuffed lion this time.

''How is everyone? do you know? i hope you are still in contact with Inoue, Chad and Ishida...i havent spoken to Urahara either!'' she said, oh how she missed the little adventures she got up to with Ichigo and his gang but she belonged in Soul Society and that was that. She fornwed however seeing how confident Ichigo was about having not done anything wrong. ''Oh yes you have! your getting lazy because i just had to slay a hollow outside your house for you, this is your town you are partyl responsible for the hollows in this area'' she said but she paused hearing how he knew or realised something and asked her to sit down probably to let him explain but it sounded odd. ''No im fine thank you i'll stand'' she said stubbornly as she lifted her head up. ''Whatever it is cant excuse your laziness i know teenage boys do nothing but lounge but you have a job to do'' she said.

[Reiko Sato]

Mia smiled "yes being a shinigami has its pros and cons" she said, she chuckled "i think your father is a nice man" she said "comical, i wish i had that relashion ship with my father" she added and paused remembering to her soul socierty father, he was a scientist too, he was colder than cold, she then smiled and it turned more into an evil grin.

She pased and cougthed "sorry got lost in passed memories" she said and smiled and waved her hands "but anyway, im just here to help your brother" she said "he intrests me, and seeing as its my first time in this world i will learn alot here too" she said and nodded.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo scowled quickly ''You sure think you've got me figured out'' he said before seeing her proceed to squish Kon into the floor. He sighed before hearing her ask if he was still in contact with everyone after the two years passed. ''Of course i am! if they didnt keep in touch i'd make sure they did'' he said and then rolled his eyes at Rukia's stubborness to sit down. ''I wasnt asking i was telling'' he said bluntly as he looked down a little ''You dont know do you? im not even sure if Soul Society know this but...its clear you dont'' he said. ''I didnt slay that hollow just now because i cant...well no more like i dont have the responsibly anymore'' he said. ''Jeez, even though im no longer a shinigami i still feel the need to intervene with hollows no matter what'' he said but he looked to Rukia seeing what kind of dumbfounded look she had on her face this time. ''Its true, im just human now...no power whatsoever'' he added. ''You can probably still sense i have a reaistsu but thats about it...anyway its not that big a deal i've managed without them for quite a while now''
