[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Urahara smiled at his sudden Kidou usage it had been a long time since he used a first level Kidou. ''I do apologise Ana....sorry if i got you mad....'' he said still smiling. Kidou was taught to Shinigami from a young age so before he had gained his Captain status Urahara was already well advanced with the stuff. He watched Ana's wrists seeing if she was attempting to pull them apart because it was a level 1 Kidou most normal humans would be rendered useless by this Kidou but the fact Ana could even managed to pull her wrists apart a little told him that she wasnt like ordinary humans.

Ichigo tried hard not to laugh because his laughing wasnt often in fact he could only recall one time he had actually laughed out loud. He had really thought Urahara would pick on him and use the Kidou on him as an example. Ichigo suddenly looked surprise as despite her being tied up behind her back she still attempted to kick him to which he had to dodge and pretty quickly. ''S-sorry...'' he smirked.''Im dead am i...not while you got no arms im not'' he said before Urahara sighed he gave a wave of his hand and released Ana's restraint.

''Seeing as you have a good amount of reiatsu if you had trainned with Kidou in Soul Society your limit would probably be a Kidou in the 80's level but because you havent trained and grew up with Kidou we must start small....so then level one'' Urahara said. ''Use your reaitsu and materialise it into an attack ok Ichigo...'' he said. He glanced to Ana ''If he cant manage to use this Kidou on you, then i give you permission to take a free hit at him'' he smiled. ''Wait!! what!!'' Ichigo suddenly complained. ''So you better do it right'' Urahara said to him.

[Shoshi Ana]

Mad... oh she wasn't mad, she was pissed. Since when was she supposed to be the guinea pig? She simply frowned a little, how she'd like to wipe that smirk off his face. Of course Ichigo dodged her kick which made her grumble, he was getting better at that, she'd have to be faster. "Just because I can't strangle you doesn't mean I am hopeless. I can still kick your ass..." she added, maybe... not when he was in his Shinigami form, the guy just had to flash step some place, put him back to his normal human form and she'd take him down... she was sure of it, how accurate that was was another matter though.

Urahara thankfully released her and she sighed. "Thank-you" she said rubbing her wrists a little before smirking a little to herself. Thankfully for her Ichigo didn't know Kidou and probably thankfully for a few of his friends too, she could just imagine what she'd do to Uryu if he knew a lot of Kidou. "Wait!" Ana said loudly eyes wide. Ichigo had to practice on her! At least she could hit Ichigo if he got it wrong, that should be fun. Though Ichigo practicing Kidou on her, not so much fun.

"This is payback for all those times isn't it" she mumbled to Ichigo before she sighed. Fine she might as well play along and be the dummy. "Alright Ichigo... come on... test it out... keep in mind you fail, I get to beat you up" she added smirking a little and waved her hands a little before standing in one spot. Better start now than never.

Ichigo looked towards Ana as she made threats to still kick his ass ''I like to see you try'' he said pulling a snarky face at her but knowing her she'd have a go in fact the only time he remembered being up against Ana when he had his hollow disaster hanging over him and it hadnt ended pleasantly to say the least.

Urahara smiled as Ana thanked him ''You can just imagine what banned Kidou is like'' he said and he happened to know one or two but never had he performed one in the human world it could have devastating consequences. He watched and waited for Ana's reaction when he said she could beat the crap out Ichigo providing he failed the Kidou test. ''Thats correct....and no running like a coward if he gets to'' he said towards Ichigo who just seemed shocked he'd allow it. ''B-but...'' Ichigo began before he sighed ''If a punch comes my way i cat just stand there'' he protested.

''Less talk....'' Urahara began ''You've got a Kidou to accomplish'' he added. Ichigo sighed glancing to Ana as she seemed to take it on board for now to be the test dummy. ''You have to command your reaitsu when you can gather some control'' Urahara explained. Ichigo nodded ''Ok...control my reiatsu....'' he began as he attempted to put a barrier to suppress his reaitsu but he could sense it within him like a lid trying to be shut forcibly on top of something exploding it just couldnt be done because of the force pushing back on it. He took in a breath to keep himself in control had that pill done anything at all?

Forcing his reaitsu to back down made Ichigo's heart rate raise a little he could feel it in his chest but at the same time his reaitsu was forcing down but not willingly. Just when Ichigo thought he could tranfer that control into trying to bind Ana's wrists together something else happened, something different. His body emitted a blue reaitsu. Urahara widened his eyes ''Ichigo'' he simply called to remind him where he was which caused Ichigo's reaitsu to spike before an explosion of his reaitsu shot passed Ana's ear missing her and crashed into the ground behind her.

Ana made a face seeing Ichigo pulling one at her, oh he was going down! Luckily for both of them neither got into a fight after Urahara undid his Kidou on her, probably because he said Ana needed to be the test dummy. She wasn't pleased about it but if it was going to help Ichigo out then so be it, she'd done far more dangerous things to help her friend out.

Indeed Ana could only imagine what banned Kidou was like, hopefully she'd never see it but she focussed on the task at hand before snorting a little "Well Urahara can hold you then and I'll punch... make you feel better?" Ana said smirking a little. Nah she'd hit Ichigo when he least expected that way he couldn't run... oh man if he failed at this she could torment him for days, how often did you get to torment Ichigo!

While she might have seemed calm Ana most certainly was not, she was freaking out, in fact her hands were shaking a little and her heart was racing. She had to stand here and let Ichigo of all people with his reaitsu bind her hands behind her back. It was bloody terrifying. Though she had no idea if he could control his reaitsu but she was sure with some practice he could do it, he simply had to find the right way to do it, what worked for her and what worked for other's wouldn't work for him, so she presumed.

Upon noticing Ichigo's body erupt in a blue reaitsu and hearing Urahara saying his name made Ana believe something went wrong. She didn't move though and luckily for her Ichigo had a bad aim. Seeing that blast come her way, she was pretty sure her heart stopped for a few seconds before it kicked in again. Ana glanced over her should taking in a deep shaky breath as she noticed the ground behind her, her eyes widened and her face seemed to go all disjointed for a second before she looked back to Ichigo "Hey you're not supposed to be trying to kill me" she said forming a fist in front of her face before she sighed "Try again... just not with so much force, you're thinking too much about what needs to be done Ichigo... let it come naturally" she said before looking to Urahara "What the hell was that?" she asked with a raised brow.

Urahara nodded ''Of course....i'll hold him down or use the Kido he's supposed achieve on him so he's useless'' he said to Ana. It was a way to push Ichigo to do it so he wouldnt fail but he guessed something could go wrong but not to the point of harming anyone because Urahara would be ready and would stop any mistakes quickly.

Ichigo knew he probably wouldnt do it first time around he just thought it would have no force and Ana would break through it easily but he never imagined a binding Kidou would come out as an aggressive expolsion of his energy. It couldnt be his hollow hitting out because his reiatsu would have turned black. It being blue meant it was his own energy yet it almost hit Ana.

Ichigo was stunned as he watched on what happened he cursed of course but he looked at Ana apologetically, without speaking a word his disappointment showed. He turned his thoughts to his dad wondering if he ever learned Kidou seeing as he was an official Shinigami he must of learnt Kidou young, if his dad could do it surly he could. He looked up towards Ana ''Sorry Ana....'' he began he wasnt suposed to attack her, oops! He probably had concentrated too much on closing his reiatsu that he hadnt focused on what he was suposed to do.

Urahara sighed ''You put too much pressure down on your reiatsu so it just exploded....control Ichigo not supress completely'' he informed him. He looked off a little wondering if because Ichigo hadnt got to grips with his Quincy reaitsu that it could be causing problems. ''Just try it again will you'' he said to Ichigo who nodded. ''Ana prepare to use your shield if you must'' he asked her.

Ana looked to Urahara and smirked a little at his comment, see he was down for it all, would be easier for certain though far less fun for her but none the less she focussed on the task at hand and watched Ichigo. Of course he messed up and nearly hit her with whatever it was he let out. Naturally she was angry, what would it have done if it hit her! But she couldn't be too angry with Ichigo, he was learning.

Seeing Ichigo's look though she couldn't be angry too long at him. She was here after all to help him not kill him. She rolled her eyes a little and nodded her head "Yea I know Ichigo" she added. He needed to focus but not force, kind of hard coming from a guy who always seemed to force his attacks. Instead she turned to Urahara and asked him what the hell was going on. It did make sense when he explained it and nodded her head turning her attention back to Ichigo. He could do this, so long as she didn't die in the process.

She nodded her head to Ichigo "Oki doki" she said raising her thumbs and smiled a little. He wasn't going to send a reiatsu like that to her again though was he? She however took a stance and watched Ichigo swallowing. This was a lot hard for Ichigo than it was for her, she just had to stand there and play dummy, Ichigo had to do all the work but taking in his words she prepared herself in-case she needed to form a shield. Hopefully she wouldn't.

Suppressing and control wasnt something Ichigo was good at he was upfront and forceful with pretty much every attack he had ever used on an opponent. It was like his attacks reflected on his personality, he never controlled his anger he wasnt a quiet person so when he had to start controlling his aggressive reaitsu it became a challenge. He chose brute force over tactics yet he had managed to control his hollow's reaitsu now it was just his own that needed to be capped.

He looked to Ana as she spoke thinking in his mind how Ana could see his weaker points. His friends saw him as someone who knew what to do when a threat came along, they never really saw him train to get to that point. His friends probably werent aware of some of his weaknesses except Ishida maybe he seemed to read him and see any kind of improvement instantly. He never thought Ana would get to witness his real struggles then again she had helped with his hollow struggle but this was his own fault his own reaitsu and his hollow played no part in this area. He still kept up his scowl and look of determination despite his thoughts and was going to do this.

Urahara stood back a bit and watched as Ana gave Ichigo the ok to start again. He was analysing everything that Ana and Ichigo did from the way their reaitsu's changed to how attacks or Kidou was played out, it told him alot about how both of them could improve because even Urahara himself could improve and after thousands of years that was saying how far you had to go to get where he was.

Ichigo looked towards the ground before he looked up and nodded. ''Ok, i wont hit you....i promise'' he declared and he always meant his promises so he hoped Ana would be confortable to not use or need her sheild at all here.

Digging into his reaitsu he remebered to control and not try and stop it completely he still needed some reaitsu to perform the Kidou. Thing was he didnt know how much he'd need for it too much could be another explosion too little and nothing would happened. When he thought he had just enough control he commanded to Kidou yet he already felt it wasnt enough. But at least there was no explosion just a flicker of Ichigo's reaitsu wrapped itself around Ana' wrists.

It was somewhat comforting Ichigo said he wasn't going to hit her, so he promised and he had never broken a promise to her as of yet she simply hoped he would not start to break them now. So she nodded and smiled a little hoping nothing bad went wrong in this. At least Urahara had people who were good at fixing up wounds and stuff in case something did go wrong.

Ana watched Ichigo for a moment. He seemed to be doing better this second time around which was a good thing, he was learning from his mistakes and hopefully he wouldn't blast Ana across the room because that would suck. She really hoped she wouldn't have to use her shield but she knew how dangerous Ichigo could be at times and kept herself aware of any possible reason she'd need to do it, she also knew she would have to be fast. She also knew though if something went wrong Urahara was there which was a comfort, surprisingly enough.

It was even more of a surprise when Ichigo actually managed to use his Kidou on her, there was no explosion and then she thought for a moment, nah, she could play as if it hurt her just to freak Ichigo out but she figured not. He'd made a great accomplishment. She fiddled for a little trying to undo her wrists "Good work Ichigo... now undo it" she added wriggling a little more. Man he wasn't going to do this to her all the time was he cause she'd really have to kill him. Ana had managed to separate her wrists a little more than before wondering if she formed a shield between the gap if it would release her but didn't want to risk it.

Urahara looked surprised as he could clearly seeing Ichigo's reaitsu wrapping around Ana's wrists at least there was no sign of an explosion this time. But he was still on watch with Ichigo being a not so good reaitsu controlled it made his Kidou unpredictable it could spike or flare up or go the complete other way and fizzle out having no power behind it so an enemy could easily break free of it and that wouldnt look good to an opponanat now.

Ichigo seemed to of surprised himself seeing Ana's wrists were held together only with Urahara's he did it without any visible reaitsu but that was because Urahara was doing this for probably the hundreath time so it was like breathing to that guy. Get him to smash something up like a target and Ichigo would nail it no problem he just let his reaitsu go wild so it would exploded he was good at that.

Ichigo seemed pleased before he could feel his control slipping the reaitsu wrapped on Ana's wrists tightened and kept on tightening. Urahara widened his eyes before he flipped his hand ''Shokatsu!'' he said as he disburst Ichigo's reaitsu making it disappear before it caused Ana any damage. He glanced to Ichigo ''There is only one thing stopping you from mastering reaitsu and power control....you need to learn some more about where your power comes from...do that and you'll understand'' he said as he then walked past Ichigo who seemed confused by Urahara's words.

He stopped after a few steps and then turned to face Ana and Ichigo. ''Lets try something a little different to keep you on your toes'' he said to them as he lifted a finger ''Hado number 96'' he spoke before several huge explosions went off around Ana and Ichigo sending the ground beneath them crumbling and forming a black reaitsu barrier going up blocking their view of Urahara as the explosions rumbled the ground. He smiled seeing how they'd try that one on for size.

Ana however cringed a little feeling the reaitsu around her wrists, it only though got tighter as she tried to force her hands apart a little more "Ouch" she cried out a little and gritted her teeth before Urahara released her and she sighed rubbing her wrists a few times before frowning looking up at Ichigo. It was good to see he could get the kidou underway but still it had started to hurt, but she was not hurt.

As Urahara spoke about Ichigo learning more about where his powers came from she glanced to him and narrowed her eyes a little, so he knew about Ichigo's heritage then, of course he did. Her eyes drifted over to Ichigo tilting her head a little wondering how long Ichigo would have to wait until he learnt the truth about his current unknown identity.

Ana looked over her shoulder to watch Urahara before turning to face him. What did he mean something different. She did not like the sound of that but she never had much time to comprehend what he was talking about as the ground started to explode and crumble beneath her. She covered her face before she started to fall and her eyes widened. For a moment there was a slight scream that escaped her lips, simply from shock before she formed a shield under her feet to stop her from falling any further and hurting herself in case she landed wrong.

Looking ahead she couldn't see Urahara at all, in fact all she could see was darkness. She frowned and looked over her shoulder, she knew people sneaked up behind you but he didn't seem to be there. "Ichigo" she called out wandering if he was ok.
