"Maybe a little" she added smiling a little. Yes she had been sarcastic as always but she couldn't help it especially when Ichigo went and said things like that. Though she was more sarcastic around Rangiku and Keigo than anyone else. "Right, exactly" she was sure someone could use Ichigo's help at the dojo, she sometimes had to help with the older classes, if he did rock up to ever help she'd make sure he helped out with the older groups as not the freak the kids out.
"Huh? Oh nothing, nothing at all" she added munching on the rest of her treat to hide her amusement. Of course she was sure Ichigo was forgetting Uryu could always handle Hollow and so could she but she understood he wanted his badge around and if it meant he'd come on a trip with everyone then fine he could bring his badge... just not Kon.
Ana was trying to be nice but the woman said there was no need to explain, she was kind of pleased actually she hated explaining things to strangers. Ichigo seemed to try change the subject but the woman insisted they come inside once more, gee she really wanted them inside now didn't she. Glancing to Ichigo she sighed a little, he was clearly waiting for her, great so if anything jumped out it would attack Ana and not her, smart move Ichigo Kurosaki.
Walking into the house Ana looked around a little and then back to make sure Ichigo had entered the house too and not left her alone with the woman. If he wasn't inside she'd drag him inside. "You have a very nice house" Ana said not sure she really liked it but it was only polite to compliment someone's house. "What would you like us to do?"

''You're good at that, the sarcasm I mean'' he smirked before he had the chance to think a little more about the offer at the dojo Ana suggested. ''Hmm...so there's defiantly a job going then?'' he queried. He would miss this job maybe he could possibly do both and his Shinigami job couldn't be that difficult he could juggle time and still have some free left over. ''Well I might just take you up on it'' he said. What could be better than teaching at a dojo he learnt in one when he was 8 or 9 and defence helped him out.
He looked on with suspicion was she laughing at him, or more trying not to and hiding her laughter he scowled a little ''Laugh it up!'' he said. He hadn't even thought of Ishida taking over, territorial thing perhaps. No way was that moron taking over his job, well they did have the same motive and goals but they were so different plus Ishida liked a challenge as much as he did.
Of course Ichigo had very much thought this through and allowing Ana first was maybe slightly his plan to let her experience whatever might happen first but his initial and first thought was to let a lady go first both were very good reasons to him he smirked a tiny bit seeing she walked inside he'd been in this house many times just because of the sheer fact of being invited in every time. He followed behind Ana and glanced to the woman as Ana complimented the house, Ichigo rasied an eyebrow ''liar'' he thought but he very nearly said it outloud!
The woman smiled a little ''Well I need this new door put up don't now if you can help?'' she said, Ichigo looked round seeing if he could spot this new door but couldn't. ''Could have a go...'' he began. ''This letter also needed delivering to Ikumi, its some requests for next week'' she added. Ichigo took the letter and slipped it into a pocket ''Right, i'll get it to her'' he said.
''The door is upstairs it's pretty heavy I could never do it'' she said.

Wait! Had Ichigo just given her a compliment or was he making fun of her? She wasn't sure so she simply smiled a little. She might have known Ichigo for a few years now but she still felt like there was a lot about him she did not know nor fully understand. "Well I know we need assistants. I have to help out in other classes a lot of the time, make a good impression and they may give you your own class. Stop on by some time, I'll talk to my boss." It wouldn't hurt to have a go at something, heck Ichigo might actually be good at it.
Internally she would laugh, she was laughing inside actually, he was so thick sometimes it was utterly amusing, well to her it was at least. However when she went off to help Ichigo and risked entering the house first thankfully nothing jumped out at her or she would have screamed no doubt about it.
"Of course Ichigo can help with that" she said giving Ichigo the thumbs up and smiled, more a wicked smirk really "He'd never make a lady carry a door down the stairs" she added and besides how hard could it be to put another door up? This could be interesting to watch. "Did you want some help Ichigo or would you like me to take the trash out instead?" she asked him wondering which it was, he wasn't going to make her go up the stairs to get the door was he now? Because that would just be cruel.

Ichigo liked the thought of being a teacher he'd been taught so many things since he became a shinigami and learned so much passing it on was continuing knowledge he'd never tried to teach others something but he could have a go. He was planning on taking English literature in university he didn't know where that would taken him but he was good at it, really good so he figured to follow that path a dojo job was still possible heck it wasn't even work more like a hobby.
Ichigo suddenly looked to Ana seeing she had given him a push into the task this woman needed doing, ''Uh....'' he began not having a witty comeback before he nodded ''Sure'' he said. But he gave Ana a look, he would make a lady do that sort of job well depends on the lady and his mood but luckily enough he didn't plan on giving this task to Ana out of spite.
''So where's this door?'' he asked, the woman pointing up stairs ''Its right down the far end its the last door that needs it...I think it came with everything you need'' she said. Ichigo wasn't experienced in any kind of handy or carpentry stuff but he'd help out at his own place here and there, never fitted a door though, should be interesting. His eyes moved onto Ana hearing her suggestion ''Uh, yeah would you mind? she keeps all the trash stuff at the end of her garden'' he said as he approached the stairs. ''Thank you so much'' the woman erupted a little excitedly. Ichigo nodded ''Uh, no problem'' he spoke before heading upstairs and instantly spotting the door.
He approached it and studied the amount of screws, bolts and god knows what else, well he had better get started, he grabbed one end of the door and noticed how light and easy it was to pick up, was that his shinigami strength or just that this door was made out of paper or something, he frowned a puzzled look on his face before lifting it and walking to the end door like requested.
The woman looked to Ana ''Im sorry to be a pain, iver had trouble walking in the past that's why I never go down there often, my son often drops by the help out, I guess I should get a small house and garden'' she said.

Watching Ichigo go up the stairs Ana smirked and nodded her head. Ah hahaha she'd gotten him to do what she had said yet again, brilliant, this was getting easier and easier. Mind you she didn't think Ichigo would make her do it anyway, he was a guy right, he was stronger so he should be fine. Though he'd handled doors before yea?
Ana smiled at the woman and waved her hand "Ah don't worry about it. It's not a pain at all. My brother's a pain though. Ah he had me run all the way into town to help him and he wasn't even in trouble, he's so mean sometimes" she sighed and shook her head "It's nice of your son though to stop by and help you out though, he must really love you" she gave the woman a gentle smile.
Ana always thought it was important that if you had a parent you made sure to look after them and love them, to help out when they needed it. She envied those who had their parents and she got annoyed when people complained about their parents or having to help them. They should just be grateful they had parents, not everyone did so knowing this woman's son helped her out was pleasing.
"It might not be my place to say and I am sorry if I cause any offense but if you have trouble walking at any point you should try swimming, it can really help build up muscle and because it's soothing it can relax the muscles too. Ah but alas it's not my place to say. I'll go handle the trash now" she said as she headed off to do the trash.

Ichigo carried the door down and sat it aside before ripping open the sheet of plastic and seeing instructions he looked at them for a moment then shook his head ''I don't need those'' he thought and tossed them aside. He'd just use some initiative, he'd built a tree house with his dad once when he was 12 that was a doddle and it worked out pretty well so this couldn't be much different. He noticed a small bad of screws and looked to the hinges on the door frame seemed pretty self explanatory.
Of course he wouldn't of made Ana do this, maybe if he wanted to get her back for something but he'd already done some of that in the past besides he'd leave Ana to converse with the woman. He'd need a screwdriver or this door wasn't going anywhere he sighed ''You got any tools in this house?'' he suddenly called out just as he heard his phone ringing yet again. ''Ikumi'' he said answering his phone not even needing to check the callers I.D. ''Im dealing with it already'' he added. ''Don't worry I got an extra pair of hands to help out...'' he said before he distinctively heard Ikumi telling him not to hang up, oops oh well he did just that. ''Blah blah, she talks to much'' he muttered as he concentrated on the job at hand.
The woman smiled ''Oh you have a brother, so nice to be surrounded by family'' she said but she seemed taken aback as Ana offered some advice ''Swimming? me? oh never!'' she said recoiling at the thought before she shook her head ''Im actually due an operation to correct it...'' she said a little saddened but only because she was dreading it. ''Hey after you've done that, you couldn't help me with something else?'' she asked. ''My basement, there's a small underground area where I keep all my valuables...its got some prized possessions that belong to my family...I'd love to have them closer with me...ive tried but the door is padlocked when I moved here I locked it all away, the key is somewhere down there, would you help me look?'' she asked 'Sorry to be rude'' she sighed.
She suddenly jumped hearing Ichigo call out about having tools about ''Oh...ummm'' she began before walking towards a cupboard opening it up ''Down here!'' she replied.

Yes Ana had a brother and two sisters, her brother gave her the most trouble though and yet she still loved him because he was family even if she did want to kill him at times. Ana had to blink a few times, did the woman not know how to swim? "Oh an operation. I'm sure it will all be alright then, great chance to eat a bunch of ice-cream even if it is on your leg" she added laughing a little and then paused when the woman asked her something else she needed help with.
"Oh, ah, yea sure" Ana said before looking to Ichigo yelling something, she frowned a little before shrugging and hurried off to do the trash. Creepy house, creepy yard, probably creepy basement too, least the woman was not so creepy. Ichigo was seriously paranoid, so Ana thought.
After doing her job she dusted her hands off and headed back inside. Hopefully Ichigo had not broken anything yet. "How's it going Ichigo?" she called out, she could just imagine him scratching his head and glaring at the door and screws, she couldn't help but snicker a little before walking over to the lady again "So lead the way" she added keeping the fact that some personal family touches might just spice the place up a little, one could not say such things though.

The woman nodded ''Its a major op but it has to be done while im young enough...I don't wish to be cooped up in here all my life'' she sighed. ''Besides, sometimes it gets....un-nerving here...I cant be in here with them all the time'' she sighed. She had in fact lived here for only a couple years on her own no doubt but there were always people on the other end of a phone and she did always call her son countless times complaining to him about the disturbances only for him to shrug it off assuming the neighbours weren't all that great, and they hadn't been.
Ichigo had sat down trying to think of a strategy before he heard the woman speak of tools being downstairs he got up and would of jumped the flight of stairs but he had to stop himself and walked down them, he was into bad habits someone would see him do it one day and leave them baffled. ''Where bouts?'' he said seeing Ana ''Easy...be up in no time'' he said to Ana question and glancing to the woman seeing her at a cupboard supposedly with tools inside. ''Right'' he said looking about before he spotted what he needed he looked round seeing the woman approaching her basement he frowned a little wondering what was going on but he had a door to crack and headed off back upstairs.
The woman waited for Ana and then opened up a door leading downstairs into her basement sure it was dark and creepy but nothing a little light couldn't make better. That was if she found the light switch, she walked down further and then flicked on a light it was a huge mess and somewhere was the key she was looking for. ''Uh I don't know where to start'' she said. ''I know i'll start over this side'' she said waling to the right hand side and began to rummage through some old boxes.

"Them?" Ana asked tilting her head a little, did she have spirits floating around the house or something? Ana had not felt anything. She was unsure what the woman was on about, she would suggest maybe she move somewhere, to a smaller house, a place she could handle and not worry about so much but it was not Ana's place to say such things, especially to a stranger.
She nodded her head to Ichigo before doing her own task and then returned to help the woman following her down the stairs. It was dark and hard to see until the light came on and Ana saw just how messy it was. Her eyes nearly fell out of her head, how could anyone let it get so messy! It was like a bomb had gone off or something.
"So this key is it big or small?" Ana asked, it would help to know for searching sake but among all this mess it could take forever. Watching the woman walk one way Ana walked to the other way and started looking around. She climbed over some boxes and mess waving her hand to move the dust from her face as she looked around kneeling to check the ground. That was until a spider suddenly started crawling on her hand, a simple harmless little thing but enough to have her hairs stand on the back of her neck as she quickly jumped up.
"Eeeep!" she cried out flapping her hand around to try get the off which went flying across the room, before brushing her hand and shivered pulling her arms towards her like she was suddenly cold. She hated spiders, hated bugs really but spiders, ew! Moving slowly she kept an eye out for spiders walking on her toes around everything stopping whenever she thought she saw something moving around. For a brief moment she thought she found something but it turned out to be nothing. "You have a lot of stuff" Ana said.

''Umm...you know neighbours'' she said, she hadn't really told many people about that because she liked to keep her neighbours thinking she was at least sane and not some strange weird woman with obsessions. She hadn't really made the best of impressions on her neighbours they defiantly thought she was strange and talked rubbish which was why she hardly spoke to any of them.
Ichigo had been figuring out this door's attachments for a few minutes he had to think about it but he was already going ahead and fixing it on screwing it on by the hinges tightening it up before it was on he had to make sure it was on safe opening it up and checking, seemed fine. Well that hadn't taken too long he went to close the door but paused looked into the room and frowned sitting in the corner was a small boy. Why hadn't he picked up this dead boy's reaitsu or presence, come to think of it he felt nothing from this house, not even a flicker of energy like he normally did with different items or people even if they weren't in touch with the spiritually aware they still had an aura or energy.
The woman looked a little embarrassed ''Sorry...I haven't been down here in so long I just keep adding things to it, kind of lazy really'' she said looking down a little. ''Oh umm..its only a small gold key I last remembered seeing it in the bottom of a large box lots of photo's in it...but it could have moved since then'' she said. But she still kept up her search before she heard a scream and a spider flew passed her ear. She widened her eyes almost screaming herself before she clutched her chest ''Oh, I didn't expect that'' she breathed quickly. Her eyes then moved onto a large chest ''It was that chest...I saw it last'' she said. walking slowly over to it and flipping it open it was filled to the top with photo's and keep safes all from her life.
Ichigo came down the stairs after hearing some noise, a scream perhaps and noticed the door open to the basement ''Hey...your door's all up and...'' he began walking to the top of the stairs looking down at Ana and the woman. He had to get them out of this house something was strange about it.
