The unusual interest (Ana)

Keyori looked to Ishida and Rukia and then frowned to Ishida's question. ''He might be....its the kind of thing he'd do!'' she said then looked back to Ana Ichigo and Orihime, she ran forwards towards them and stopped then looked to Ulquiorra.
He was still and blood formed around his body on the sand but he could well be playing tricks.

Miko had been under the safe protection of Ishida and Rukia and was not harmed, but what he had saw during the fight between Ulquiorra and Ichigo haunted him. Never had he seen Ichigo beaten up so bad, nor Ulquiorra either. He couldnt get his head around Ulquiorra's death, it was almost make beleive and fantasy to think that he were dead. But then something arose you could feel that this place had gotten too quiet it was like an unusualy calm quiet or the quiet before the storm came. Ulquiorra was a big enough challenge but it wasnt him it was someone else, or something. Miko felt like his chest tightened up a cold tingly feeling ran through him and he didnt know why. He hugged his body as his eyes darted around Hueco Mundo's cruel dessert. Miko frowned he looked over to Ichigo he thought to himself that he wouldnt tell him his suspicions but he knew somethign was definatly wrong here. It was time to alert Ichigo and the others it wasnt just nothing and just him being strange he really was feeling like a shadow was hanging over him or choking him but when he looked nothing was there. He looked at Ichigo and the others and opened his mouth to call Ichigo but nothing came out he kenw he was shouting as loud as he could but his voice wasnt there. It was like he was in a bubble that was sound proof. Miko panicked, this was scary just what was going on and why was it only effecting him. Was this Ulquiorra's doing? no Ulquiorra was still laying in the same spot he was in no movement it wasnt him, then who?

''Miko!'' came a voice it was faint but he could hear it.
Miko slowly looked over his shoulder and there stood an arrancar, but not just any arrancar he looked familiar where had they all seen him before? But before Miko had any chance to think on it he was flung back by something he heard a dull noise before he was sent backwards. He hit the sand kicking a sand cloud up and coughed loudly before he sat up right. What had just happened now! he didnt know but he could feel something not quite right he looked down and there it was, a wound where did that come from!
He looked over to the others ''ICHIGO!!!! ANA!!!, RUKIA!!!, ANYONE!!!'' he screamed at the top of his voice and to his surprisement his voice was back and was probably heard.

The arrancar looked at the group and had no change in his facial expression he suddenly paced towards them like some kind of machine.

Orihime watched Ichigo and Ana as she praised him she was a good influence on Ichigo to get him out of his depressive and down moods if he lost to a fight. She smiled at that and then focused hard on what she was doing, the first injury that stood out as life threatening was the fact that he had lost his hand. She paid attention to that as he first challenge and looked to Ichigo ''Ill get this hand back good as new...shouldnt be too hard'' she smiled to him but paused when she heard him apologize for getting too injuried. ''Oh no no its fine really!'' she said all flustered waving her hands in front of her a little ''...I want to heal you up, as a thanks for saving me all those times'' she said and then looked to his injury. Gradually Ichigo's missing hand began to rebuild itself. His finger bones first then the muscles and nerves that built up his hand until it was completely restored and healed. She smiled happy at her efforts and then looked to Ichigo again. ''Ok the rest should be easier to heal'' she said. ''Just take it easy for a while i dont know if your wounds may re open if you move about too quickly'' she said. She glanced to Ana ''Do you have any injuries or need healing Ana?'' she asked her just incase.

She looked over after hearing someone yell so loudly at them it was Miko he was on the ground and hurt. She widened her eyes ''What happened to him?'' she said to herself then looked to Rukia and Ishida hoping one of them would go to him. She did however see Keyori approaching her Ichigo and Ana. ''Keyori-Chan?...'' she said.

Rukia studied Orihime as she healed up Ichigo's missing hand it was restored and not even a scar to give away that he had a major injury. Ichigo probably would be full of scaring if he never got his injuries fixed by Orihime. She smiled breathing a sigh of releif but it wasnt over because Miko was from nowhere attacked she looked over to see an arrancar heading towards Ichigo Ana and Orihime it seemed they hadnt noticed because Keyori was rushing towards them. ''No you dont!!'' she shouted at the arrancar and raced in front of it.

Ishida frowned after Ana had ignored his warning and continued to help Ichigo, he sighed and then looked to Rukia.
Orihime's healing had started up and he could see from where he was standing that Ichigo's hand was being restored. What a unique gift Orihime had. So at least they'd have Ichigo back to health too, but he should take break for a while. He wondered about Orihime's healing being an act agasint god's will. Once you got a unjury like Ichigo had done ususal your body would go into shock same if you lost a leg or an arm. But then Orihime healed up the wounds but not the way it should be healed. True Ichigo's injury would of never healed on its own he couldnt regrow a hand it just got him thinking about it and that one day it wouldnt go as planned.

Then from nowhere a loud scream from Miko erupted and Rukia was already running in front of this arrancar trying to stop him. He gasped at the surprisement, who was this? Ana was calling out for him to blast a hole in Ulquiorra ''We've got other problems!'' he said to her.
Ishida knew instantly that Ichigo would of heard the commotion and if he saw Miko wounded then he rush out like he always did even though Orihime may not of finished healing him up. Before Ichigo would have that chance Ishida would jump in. ''You are not to fight anyone Kurosaki!! sit tight there with Inoue and let her do her job, its our turn to save you'' he said to hio before he drew his bow and arrow aiming it directly at the arrancar. ''Take one more step and i'd fear for your life arrancar!'' he said to it.

Ichigo looked to Ana as she yelled over to Ishida for him to attack Ulquiorra just incase he was playing dead. Ichigo frowned a little more than usual and glanced over his shoulder to Ulquiorra he would of attacked by now surely? unless he was waiting for a right moment.
Ichigo quickly looked back to Orihime as she told him he didnt need to apologize. He looked a little confused for a second about to say something but he fell silent after she had said she wanted to help out thank him for the times he saved her. Ichigo didnt really know what to say so he looked off in another direction. ''Got it..'' he said glancing back to her a small and faint smile on his face. But it disappeared once Ichigo saw his hand, that was weird seeing it rebuild like that, he watched his hand in shock but he heard Orihime tell him he should take it easy after this. He nodded a little to her and then looked to Ana as she was asked if she needed any healing.

Ichigo's attention however was quickly turned over towards Miko, who was on the ground and bleeding. How did that happen? Ichigo just had to see Miko's bleeding to make him want to rush towards him. He didnt waste any time in trying to get up to his feet again. He stood up slowly, his wounds causing him trouble to stand but he was determined. He hadnt even walked a step and Ishida was in front telling he was not to fight anyone, as if he knew he would try to run out. Ichigo scowled at him ''Who put you in charge?'' he said but went quiet as Ishida told him it was his turn to fight and save him. ''You got eyes Ishida!? im fine i dont need saving!'' he replied. But he did admit he needed healing and he remebered Inoue hadnt even finished doing that yet. He looked back to Orihime ''Uh..sorry Inoue'' he said to her.

Orihime focused on Ichigo's hand for a moment ''Can you move it ok?'' she asked him just making sure nothing had been missed while she healed it. That would ne strange though!
Her eyes glanced over at Ishida and Rukia as they made a stand against another arrancar arrival, the place was crawling with them. So far they had all been lucky only gotten the wounds they had and everyone was in a fairly high spirit but how long was it before hope began to fade and people started to give up.

She looked to Ishida as arguments stirred up with him and Ichigo, it was no surprise really they were technically meant to be enemies but Orihime didnt think either of them wouldnt protect once another when faced with life or death situations, she found it amuzing that they were saying they were enemies yet they stuck by one another like real friends did. Orihime smiled slightly.

Ana's refusal to healing made her nod ''Thats ok, i understand'' she said and knew Ana wanted tp help the vunrable Miko. Orihime looked back to Ichigo seeing some wounds on him she still hadnt had the chance to heal up because he had moved from her healing technique. Ana's voice made her turn her head as she asked if she would ''be ok with him'' were her words. Orihime looked at Ichigo and then back to Ana and nodded ''Yeah ill be fine'' she smiled. She had healed Ichigo up many times and being the listening ear when he was troubled especially after a fight. Though Orihime could feel her cheeks burn a little when Ana had said Ichigo should do as she told him. She couldnt make eye contact with Ichigo for the moment. Her eyes were on Ana seeing that grin on her face made her blush even more and she was trying to hide it with her hands. ''Haha...'' she laughed nervously.

''Be careful Ana-San wont you?'' she said.

The arrancar continued to pace towards them but see Rukia and Ishida step in front of his way. ''Do you honestly belive any of you could make a scartch on me...damn humans'' he hissed. His eyes travlled onto the motionless Ulquiorra. ''WHO! what creature could reduce Ulquiorra to such a motilonless state!!! was it you!!! ill crush you!'' the arrancar belowed and send what looked like a wave of air at Ishida.

Miko layed there holding his bleeding back from where he had been flung flying. ''Ow ow...that guy had some real force!'' he said to himself. He looked up seeing Ishida and Rukia now taking the turn of being the front runners giving Ichigo a rest. Miko slowly stood up his face displaying his pain but he was ok nothing serious. But why did this arrancar seem so familair had any of the gang fought him before? was he a subordinate of Ulquiorra's? he felt as though he knew these technique the arrancar was using as if he was having deja vu.

The arrancar was in a fit of rage ''Who dares to battle Ulquiorra!!! all of you will pay, you killed him! why did you kill him! did you use some trickery and magic you fiends!!'' he wailed.

Rukia looked at Ishida and stood closer beside him as if making a barrier wall between them and Orihime Ichigo and Ana.
''Your not passing here!!'' Rukia spat angrily before she looked to Ishida as he prepared his quincy bow. Rukia drew her zanpakuto ready.
But from nowhere the arrancar had sent a shock wave of air it seemed?
''Ishida!!! watch it!'' she yelled at him and then looked ahead seeing the blast coming for her as it was a shock wave. but it was only the tail end of it really.
''Somi no mai!! Sode no Shirayuki!!'' she commanded and a blast of ice shot up in front of her and up to the sky blicking the shock wave or biding her time to escape.
''Ana!! go Miko quick!!'' she said to her and then used a flash step to get nearer the arrancar ''Does it matter who killed him! we all wished death on him'' she said and them went to swing her sword at him. She wanted to keep the arrancar away from Orihime and Ichigo because of the injuries he had and because of how Orihime disliked fighting.

Ishida looked over his shoulder to Ichigo ''Your weak!! sit down and shut up! we want to return the favour'' he called out to him. Athough he didnt like the fact that Orihime was sat back there too with him, such a beautiful and delicate girl she was, and Ichigo being all rough and bad mouthed his swearing might influence Orihime. ''You better look after Inoue-San too if we fail to stop this arrancar'' he added to his calls.

Ishida glanced at his side seeing Rukia there ''Thank you Kuchiki-San...'' he said addressing her help. Ishida pulled his quincy arrow back some more threatening to attack when he moved forwards at all. ''Perhaps you did not hear me arrancar, your movements tell me you wish to die'' he said. He seemed focused on who killed Ulquiorra if he was in fact dead? ''That has no relevance at all, you will find out soon enough but dont you think you should worry about yourself, if someone amongst our group is capable of killing the 4th ranked espada doesn't that mean you wouldnt stand a chance agasint us?'' he said but he had to make a jump to escape the wave of air or energy fired at him. Ishida's arrow escaped from his bow by loss of grip and it fired into a building smashing up some bricks. ''Damn'' he said as he rolled onto the ground after dodging the arrancars' attack.
Ishida heard Ana tell them to be careful, his eyes darted onto Rukia as she instructed Ana to reach Miko and get him to safety.
