The unusual interest (Ana)

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo glared at Ishida just waiting for a comeback but he had forgotten what Ishida was argueing with him about. Ichigo sighed, he remebered now, because he was in too bad a state to even walk let alone fight he guessed that was Ishida's way of 'looking out for him' he had a weird way of showing it, but then again Ichigo didnt want looking after, he hated it.

Ichigo's attention was on Miko keeping a watchful eye on him to make sure he didnt get attacked anymore. He went to yell at Ishida again to tell him Miko was by himself but instead Ishida shouted out how weak he was was right now and that he wanted to return the favour. ''What favour?'' Ichigo questioned, he didnt understand but glanced to Orihime when she asked if he could move his hand, he scrunched his hand up into a fist. ''Yeah its fine...maybe i should test it see if i can punch Ishida as good as i used to'' he smirked. But he heard Ishida's voice just after about how he should look after Orihime. Ichigo scowled ''Why the hell did he say that?...'' he muttered looking a bit clueless.

Ichigo looked towards Ana seeing the wounds she had but didnt want healing he kept quiet looking between Ana and Orihime as they spoke. Ichigo noticed when Ana looked at him saying that he shouldnt do anything stupid and do what Orihime says. Ichigo scowled at her. ''What's that suposed to mean!!'' he snapped before going to fold his arms but flinched from some wounds.

[/b] she mumbled holding her wrist and then looked up to Rukia “Oh yea…” she said and smiled before looking to Miko, ok she looked around before seeing a way and smiled to herself “I’ll be back, don’t do anything stupid Ichigo…” she said and then started to run over towards Miko.

As she got closer she slowed before she looked to Miko and knelt down next to him “How you doing Miko? We have to get you to Orihime so she can fix you up… you going to be able to do that?” she asked him placing her arm around his waist “You can still walk yea buddy?”

Her eyes drew onto Ishida and Rukia just to make sure they were doing ok and were not facing any big problems… not like she could really help them, she was next to Miko who was weak and in bad shape.

Miko sat down staring at the floor just to remeber what had just happened, how had this arrancar just injured him one moment he was fine the next he gained this injury. ''Stop!!'' Miko yelled when he see a wave of the arrancar's energy fly at Rukia and Ishida. But the two seemed strong and held their ground just dodging the attack. He knew neither of them could come to his side because of how tied up they now were. He watched Ishida as he told Ichigo off really and how he had to look out for Inoue, was Ishida a little on the jelous side! it just made Miko smile.
He glanced over to Ichigo and Orihime seeing Ichigo in a weakened state and Orihime trying to correct that. His hopes were on Ana as she appeared beside him, his face lit up ''Ana!'' he smiled. He gave a nod when she told him they needed to reach Orihime so she could work her magic on him. ''Inoue-San is working real hard on Ichigo's wounds...i dont wanna exhaust her....will she be ok if she heals me aswell?'' he asked but slowly got to his feet his wound not causing him any pain so far. ''Yeah...i think i can walk...ill try'' he said and moved forwards some steps along with Ana's help and support. ''I just hope that arrancar dont spot us!'' he said. Rukia and Ishida would need to make good diversion and distract the arrancar.

The arrancar was very quickly losing his temper, well he had already lost it.
''Shut up girl!!! shut up shut up shut up!!!'' he yelled at Rukia when she said how everyone wished death on Ulquiorra. ''You are all just a bunch of lowly humans plus a shinigami! i am more yhan capable of taking on all of you at once!!'' he laughed. He glanced to Ishida as he drew back a quincy bow ''So your the last quincy!? ha! there wont be any more left when im done with you!'' he grinned. But what Ishida said made sense and he wasnt liking it ''So then...we have some strong contenders in this group...i only battle with the strongest beings so then answer me this?...was it your doing Ulquiorra's death then i shall eliminate you first!'' he yelled and drew his zanpakuto and stabbed it into the ground the ground began to crack up as if an earthquake had split the ground and up vented a black steam. ''Then i shall challenge you girl! and then those two'' he said looking from Rukia over to Orihime and Ichigo. He had however lost sights of Ana and Miko for the moment.

[Inoue Orihime]

Orihime looked to Ichigo's hand seeing he could move it the same as before ''Thats ok then..'' she smiled and then glanced over to Ishida when he yelled that Ichigo should look out her. Orihime blinked a few times before she looked to Ichigo seeing he was confused wonderign why he had said that. ''Heheh...i think Ishida-Kun's not making sense'' she said.
She watched as Ana was perparing to rush out to Miko and made Ichigo a warning not to do anything stupid ''Be careful Ana-chan!'' she said to her and then turned to Ichigo.

''Right then!'' she smiled happily ''I can get to work on your minor wounds then you will be all ready to fight again'' she said. Orihime's smile faded, she knew he was eager to get back out there rather than staying here and be his usual self again, beating up enemies. ''Ill be real quick if you really dont want to stay here on the sidelines...i promise'' she said to him and then summoned her healing flowers again and they began to reject all his wounds even any bruising. ''You did great out there with Ulquiorra, but at least we got Ana-chan back...'' she said feeling the need to talk to him. ''Haha...i just had a thought...Ishida-Kun's face will be priceless when he sees your back on the battlefield after a miraculous recovery'' she smiled. She looked over by Ana seeing she had reached Miko safely but now had to get back without the arrancar knowing.
''Ill heal Miko too...i wonder how he got wounded so quickly...i never even see it happen'' she said.

[kuchiki rukia *]

Rukia fixed a glare on the arrancar keeping a close eye on him there was something about this guy that seemed off, as if there was something he was hiding she didnt trust him for one second. ''Ishida, do not let your guard down for even a moment, i got a feeling he's stronger than he appears''
Rukia sharply looked at the arrancar when he yelled at her to shut up over and over. ''Its ture! Ulquiorra is a vile creature that deserved everything he got! he has done so much damage to the likes of us!'' she began. ''Lowly humans? your underestimating us!'' she yelled back at him. But she paused when he took interest in Ishida being that last of the quincy. However Rukia didnt like what she heard after that he was going to eliminate the strongest of the team and Ishida was first on the list. She suddenly looked to the ground seeing the black steam coming from the cracks in the ground and was already planning an order to battle each of them. ''He's seperating us!'' she thought.

Ishida looked off to the damage he done by miss using his quincy bow. ''Look what you made me do arrancar'' he said. He looekd across to Rukia seeing she was backchatting. Whilst that was happening Ishida caught a glimpse of Ana out the corner of his eye, he see her trying to get to Miko. Ishida knew they'd need a distraction. ''Arrancar! one on one is fine by me! you can see for yourself how strong i am and then make your judgement, you shall be eating your words'' he stated and then looked to Rukia ''Watch my back if i need cover if you wouldnt mind Kuchiki'' he said and then stepped forwards. ''I wont let you pass this area'' he said and then drew back another arrow and released his grip sending a huge blue arrow straight at the arrancar for a direct hit.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo didnt look too impressed by Ishida ''Damn him....he joined the sewing club right? he needs to learn to sew his mouth shut'' he muttered and then glanced to Ana seeing her holding her wrist but he knew she didnt want any healing just yet. He made a face when she warned him again not to do anything stupid. ''I never do stupid things!'' he called to her as she went off to help Miko. Ichigo sighed and then looked to Orihime when she said she could heal his minor injuries. ''Dont over do it Inoue you've done more than enough for me'' he reassured her. But when she mentioned he would be ready to fight all over again it sounded better already and something he'd want to do.

Ichigo frowned when he noticed her smile faded saying she would heal him quickly so he could be out there doing what he knew best and not on the sidelines. Ichigo sighed ''I wont be going anywhere at least while im all busted up like this'' he said and then looked over to Ana ''Besides she will only say im being stupid again'' he sighed. Ichigo glanced to his wounds seeing them heal up quickly. ''Thanks Inoue! i owe ya one'' he said and looked beside him at Zangetsu seeing what looked like alot of scratches on the surface''Ulquiorra was tougher than i thought...at first i didnt think i could win i guess'' he said and then looked at Orihime smiling a tiny bit at the mentioned of a speedy recovery ''Ishida wont like that'' he said but his attention was caught over by Ishida seeing something strange going on over there. ''What the hells that?'' he began seeing a black steam appearing.

[Shoshi Ana]

[/b] she said as they headed back for Ichigo and Orihime. She looked over to see Rukia and Ishida distracting the arrancar and she smiled at them, not that they’d see that.

Her attention drew back to what had to be done and she pulled Miko a little closer to her so they could get more speed. “You’re doing great Miko” she said and smiled at him, so long as they didn’t speak too loudly it seemed they just might get past unnoticed. Though she suddenly noticed something black coming from the ground over near Rukia and Ishida. She frowned a little confused “What the…” she said quietly before she frowned.

‘Be careful Ishida’ she thought to herself before making some more process forwards with Miko. She didn’t want to stop but when she heard Ishida yell and then looked over to see him sending out a massive arrow she widened her eyes “Oh shit…” she said before covering Miko’s head. She didn’t know if the arrancar would destroy it or get hit by it and she was unsure of the blast made after it so to play it safe she covered Miko best she could until it all passed then they could start moving.

[ulquiorra]

Miko gave a weak looking smile to Ana ''Ok...i think i can only walk slow anyway'' he said and kind of hobbled along but was making progress.
He picked up on Ana looking over at Ishida and Rukia but he was stopping himself from looking over there afraid of what he might see, scared he might be attacked again.
''What is it? is something happening?'' he spoke up when he see Ana's look as if something strange was going on. Miko fianlly looked over at the fight seeing the black steam. Miko stopped walking and just looked at the arrancar in awe. He snapped out of it and looked back at Ana ''S-s-sorry...ill keep moving'' he said.
He suddenly felt Ana covering him or sheilding him from something ''What is it Ana? whats happening over there?'' he whispered. He looked straight ahead seeing they were getting close to Ichigo and Orihime. Keyori was up there behind Rukia and Ishida, she knew this arrancar she had seen him before and what he was capable of.

The arrancar laughed at Rukia ''I told you to shut up you pest!!''
he glanced to Ishida ''So your going to challenge me first then....good stuff quincy!! lets get going! and no one any of your friends should interupt or i will kill them instantly!'' he roared.
The arrancar scanned around looking at each of his contenders ''Hmmm...i see now...the woman has ice based attacks...the two over there...weakened states perhaps?'' he began in his mind analyzing. ''Its is strange though...'' he thought again. ''She is a healer? no not healing..rejecting...this is unusual...i wonder''
He looked back at Ishida seeing an huge arrow shooting towards him, he instantly grinned ''Pathetic'' he snarled and then shot his arm up and commanded the black steam to rise further until it whizzed in front of him and took Ishida's arrow sinking into the steam like it were quicksand. As if Ishida's arrow had been swallowed up by the black steam. Then from behind Ishida a burst of the steam erputed and shot Ishida's arrow from behind, hsi own attack aiming for its releaser.

[Inoue Orihime]

Orihime had a serious and hardworking expression on her face as she was concentrating on healing. She suddenly heard Ichigo say he wasnt going anywhere, she looked up at him and after a pause she smiled but she should of said something at least otherwise she would just look silly just sitting there smiling at him like she was. ''Okay!'' she said quickly and then forgot what she was doing she frowned to herself and then she remembered and focused on Ichigo's wounds quickly. Once everything was all healed up she felt proud of her work, seeing as the condition he was in beforehand was life threatening. ''There good as new! you'd never tell you have been injured'' she said and then heard him thank her. ''Ah thats ok...'' she said watching him as he noticed the damage on his zanpakuto. But she looked over at Ishida and Rukia seeing the steam rising, it must be something to do with his release form.

Orihime looked over to see how much further Ana and Miko had to go hoping they would reach them unoticed by the arrancar.
