   ------------------------------------------------------------------------The sun was getting pretty low in the sky and clouds had begun to from in the sky that afternoon. Paper work also seemed to be a re occurring thing that day. Stacks and stacks came into each captains office like wildfire. So, most captain was hard at work trying to get it done in time. Most of it probably wasnt due for days but , most of the captains didnt care. The third division barracks seemed different however. In the third division captain's office the sliver haired captain sat with with his feet on the desk and he had his head titled back to watching the rain that had started outside. On the desk in front of him there was one finished stack of paperwork.In front of the finished ones were three unfinished ones. Not to far from a piece of started paperwork was a basket of freshly picked perssmions that the blue eyed captain had picked this morning. Looking back as his desk for a moment he grabbed a fruiet from the basket and took a bite from it. There was alot of comotion out side "I SAID MOVE IT!" a voice yelled it was female. "KNEES UP HIGHER!" she yelled. "YES CAPTAIN!" some vices yelled after her. "I SAID KNEES UP HIGHER!" she yelled there was a yell "GHA!" one of the vice yelled. "BUT CAPTIAN ITS RAINING!" one yelled ".....I KNOW AND COMPLAINING ITS RAINING ALL DROP AND GIVE ME 500!" she said. "w...w..what are you trying ti kill us!" a oice squeaked "you should have thought about it sooner befor all the disrespectful behaviour!" she growled.
"Reiko-sama!" Momos voic called out Reiko was the new 5th devision captian she hadnt had a chance yet to get to meet all the captians and today she was curretnly dissaplining a small group of her squad. "i thin thats over kill ont he punishment" momo said softly. Reiko paused and then smiled "nonses" she said Reiko long silver white hair flowed down her back she still looked very delicae and fragile and had a womanly figure. She didnt looked like a fighter but those who didnt know reiko tend to underestimate her abbilities.
"momo, when somone is extreamly dissrespectful to you you dont let them get away with it now dragging them through soul socierty is to embaress them and make them ashamed of what they did the extra punishment of randomly getting them to do things is so that they learn not to compalin and take there punishment like me" she said and smiled sweetly at Momo. Momo handed her a umbreller "hmmm thanks" she said. Momo then pulled a face "...fine ok punishment over" she said there was a sigh of relife her very punished devision member got up shakeing and leaning on eac other to even stand properly. Momo lead them off back to the devision area.
Reiko then turned and knocked on 3rd devision captians door she hadnt met them yet.

Is it a sweet or bitter secret? Which ever way you like it--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------When he heard the knock at the door he stared at brief with the fruit still hanging from his mouth. After taking the fruit out of his mouth he got from the desk. Seeing that person didn't come in after knocking it could't be a one of the two vice captains that came to visit him often. When he reached the door he opened it to find a white haired women standing there. At the last captains meeting he remembered seeing this women standing in captain aizen's old spot. So, this one could only be the new fifth division captain. The fox faced captain greeted her with one of his usual permanent smirk. " Good Afternoon Fifth Squad Captain" he said cheerfully as a couple people walked passed the door at top speed. Still smiling he stepped a side so, the women could enter the office. As he waited for her to enter his silted eyes remain on her. In his mind he was probably wondering what this women was like. Some questions he could be asking him self would be about how he could mess with her. Reiko smiled warmly "Good afternoon" she said a moment ago she was yelling at some of her devision members, now completly calm and friendly. She walked in and looked around "i hope you dont mind me dropping by im still getting used to this place as a hole and finding out where all the places are, and getting to meet the captians individualy" she said.
She looked around the office momintarily and looked back at the wolf captian. "oh sorry My names Reiko Sato" she said.
