"Thank you Rukia" she said when she agreed and smiled softly Mia did her verison of resting, just lying there eyes closed looking asleep but not really doing anything her assistant didnt come back as he too was resting, which ment downloading infomation onto a chip and recalobrating and what not.

Suddenly Byakuya entered the room and stood in Rukia's way of leaving. ''What do you think you are doing?'' he said sternly too her as he towered in height. He walked forwards trying to force her to walk backwards before he stopped by Ichigo and Mia's cells.
Byakuya glanced to Mia silently and then to Ichigo ''So then...this is what a member of the noble Kuchiki family is doing?....medling with a 12th division memeber....and Kurosaki?...what's got into you Rukia'' he said in shame. ''Have you no regret'' he added before he sighed. ''That is not important anymore...what is...is the news i bring from head commander's meeting that started half and hour ago...you should of been there vice captain Kuchiki Rukia...'' he said as he looekd at her. ''But instead you were here....why?'' he stated and he only waited a moment for her to answer but didnt wait no longer.
Byakuya then looked to Ichigo ''Kurosaki, Ichigo...i have some vital information that reguards you...and your current situation...'' he began. ''All captains discussed...and came to the conclusion that you are guilty of the treason we first feared....it was only a matter of time before you got strong enough to use your power for the wrong side...afterall you arent bound to any of our orders because you are not an official shinigami...if it were our way we would execute you...but as you are aware you are still human, still a living human that Soul Society must protect...that is Soul Society law to protect humans from any threats that is possible for us...however you lose that right when you go agasint us...but captain Yamamoto has taken into account all the bravery and help you have done for Soul Society...and so it is decided we will not kill you...but you will serve a punishment...you are to be isolated in a more highly secured and guarded cell that is monitored constantly....you will stay there for a total of 16 months where you will not be permitted to use any of your power at all...to make sure of that we will place a limiter on you which will cut off your reiatsu making you unable to use your power...but do not worry we arent getting rid of your power...if you serve your time here and do not cause further trouble for us then after 16 months your limiter will be removed and you can return to the human world with your power still in tact.....do you understand Kurosaki?'' he explained to him.

Rukia almost bumped straight into Byakuya as she tried to leave but she maanged to stop just in front of him. She looked up at her towering older brother and widened her eyes, this couldnt be good. She was forced to walk back and then stopped by Ichigo and Mia's cells. She looked down as Byakuya scoulded her about being here instead of in th meeting. ''I...'' she began but she stopped and looked him in the eye ''Nii-sama...Ichigo is a friend of mine...i just had to come and see if he was alright'' she spoke but he had turned to Ichigo and delivered what was said in the captains meeting.
Rukia almost gasped heaing Byakuya speak of them excecuting Ichigo she suddenly stepped forwards ''NO!!'' she said firmly. ''That is a ridiculous claim!! you are going to kill an innocent man!! are you out of you mind...are you really going to have his blood on your hands for the rest of your life!'' she snapped but she paused and heard how Yamamoto was taking into consideration of all the things Ichigo had done for Soul Society. ''Too damn right he should take that in to consideration! if it werent for Ichigo i'd be dead...he stopped you all making that decision, he went to Hueco Mundo to save Inoue when Yamamoto told him not to! he went there by himself!! alone into enemy teritory doesnt that tell you he is a man of principles!! he would do anything for anyone if he thought they were in trouble and you all want to lock him away like an animal!!'' she protested. She heard for how long they would lock him up for and she was stunned by it, 16 months was way too long. ''He's just a kid!!'' Rukia blasted as Byakuya ''A 17 year old doesnt want to spend over a year of his life looking at four walls!!'' she demanded then she looked at Ichigo when Byakuya asked him if he understood the conditions ''Ichigo dont you agree with any of this...'' she said at him before she looked back at Byakuya ''No he doesnt understand! who would''

Just when Ichigo had thought he could rest he suddenly picked up on Byakuya's reiatsu, he quickly sat up and see Byakuya standing right there in front of the cells along with Rukia who had barely left to go to that captains meeting, it seemed she had missed it all.
Ichigo looked at Mia and then to Byakuya as he gave Rukia a telling off because she was here and not in the meeting. He didnt act like he was Rukia's brother at all more like a stranger who implied rules everywhere he went. Ichigo slolwy stood up and walked forwards as Byakuya addressed him with his full name as usual always making things formal, how long had he known Byakuya now? He listened in as he was about to explain what would happen to him but he looked off as soon as he said that he was found guilty of treason. ''You got this all wrong...and when i prove you wrong you better be ready for apologising to me...you couldnt be more wrong'' he said to Byakuya before he just listened after that to what would happen next, but it seemed they had come to an agreement to kill him at first and Rukia had gone beserk but he just looked at her and then back as Byakuya and continued to take in what he said, so they took into account of all his help he had done and that took off the excecution ''Gee thanks...'' Ichigo said bluntly when he made it sound like he was doing him a favour by not excecuting him.
So he had to be moved into another cell where he'd be guarded constantly, and stay in Soul Society for 16 months. ''16 months! are you aware i have a life outside this shithole!!'' he snapped before he gave a sigh. He looked over at Rukia seeing her defending him ''Hey less of the kid crap!'' he said quickly before he was told by her not to agree with the conditions, he didnt agree with them, but then again he couldnt do much about it and now his power was going to be limited, made sense otherwise he'd getsuga tensho and destroy the whole building if he had Zangetsu. ''I understand what my punishment is...but what i dont get is how Soul Society could think i'd switch sides...''

Mias eyes flicked open and she grumbled at the noise she sat up and looked towards the three of them "guilty?" she said clamly and raised an eyebrow "what evidence do you have on him?" she asked "and 16 months...hes human he belongs in the human world...why not make him serve his sentance for not useing his powers there...." she said and rubbed her face a little.
Her eyes were half closed for a little bit as her min grumbled at her for sitting up. She finaly got to her feet and walked towards the bars.

Byakuya sighed as he looked towrds his sister ''Quiet!'' he said to her and then looked to Ichigo ''If e ayou truly are innocent then you've got nothing to worry about wouldnt you...'' he said and then looked to Mia as she asked what evidence they had agasint Ichigo. ''We have witnesses that are from Soul Society that have seen Kurosaki moving in hollows into the town of Karakura...and he's been spotted with Itsuki many times....we know who and what Itsuki is...it was only a matter of time before he reached Ichigo...thatwas our fear...that he'd reach him before we did...and unfortunalty it seemed the enevitable happened...Itsuki is very good at pursuasion...'' he said then glanced to Ichigo ''You got caught up in his games, you were made to think that your friends had turned their backs on you....Inoue and Ana both met up with Itsuki...did you know that Ichigo? did you also know that your friend Ana was the one who was our witness?...she came to us and said how worried she was for you...so she told us that she had seen you getting involved with Itsuki...do not be mad at her...she was only looking out for you Kurosaki...your friends arent turning against you...there trying to help you however Itsuki is twisting things into your mind that arent true'' he said to him.
''Tell me, Ichigo....you are aware of trainning with that Vizard Shinji one month ago yes? we were informed that you were struggling to keep your hollow from taking you over so you went to Shinji...you know what im talking about dont you...you went under Shinji's strict trainning and almost got yourself killed...your hollow knew what you were trying to do and you went into a coma, thati s why you went missing for so long not because you ran away but because you were unconcious....i heard that it also tempered with your memory...that you couldnt remember what happened between the moment you collapsed to the time you arrived in Karakura town...how do you know yourself if you helped Itsuki during that time frame...what happened when you woke up Ichigo!?'' he demanded.
He looked towards Mia ''If Ichigo serves his sentance in the human world then Itsuki is more likly to approach him agasin until Ichigo gives in...he's already confused him enough to beleive his friends would go agasint him everything else will be easy...in truth Ichigo...it is in your best interests to stay here in Soul Society'' he said.

Rukia looked at Ichigo and frowed ''How can you be calm about this!!'' she said to him ''What about your friends! what about your home!...'' she began but then turned to Byakuya again '''You do know who his father is dont you!! does Yamamoto know who's he's locking up here the son of Isshin Kurosaki have you forgotten who he is!?'' she began but she stopped there.
She widened her eyes as Byakuya explained how witnesses have seen Ichigo helping Itsuki out many times before ''Who are these witnesses!! are they just unreliable people!'' she said before she looked at Ichigo ''He is a good man...you dont get to decided what happens to him...'' she said but then quietened down when Byakuya told of what Soul Society feared, how they knew Itsuki would try and manipulate Ichigo and turn everyone agasint him, she was one of them at first. ''You knew...you know Itsuki was gonna do this to Ichigo!!? and yet you did nothing!! you let Itsuki mess with his mind made him think everyone despised him...'' she said as she looked away in disgust. Oh she could hit something but she contained it.
Suddenly she let her mouth drop a little as he said Orihime and Ana had met up with Itsuki ''Why!? why would they meet with him...they must of known what he was doing to Ichigo...there's just no way either of those would do that to him....'' she said she couldnt beleive those two would lie to Ichigo. What he said next was even worse, Ana was this witness, the witness that had landed Ichigo right in it, the reason why Soul Society thought he was guilty was because Ana had told them he was helping Itsuki, why would she say that. ''Stop rubbing it in!'' she said to her brother as he kept on asking Ichigo if he knew any of this ''Of course he didnt know!''
Rukia then looked Ichigo's way as Byakuya said how he had trainned himself to the point where he neary died ''What?'' she began and then went up to his cell ''What were you thinking! dummy!! if you die then all the people you protect will perish!! you cant afford to die with everyone relying on you! that is too selfish for you to go to Shinji and die because you cant control your hollow! you should know better than to go out of town! peopl need you'' she told him before she paused hearing how he didnt run away but was unconcious for the whole time he was missing and that his memory was tampered with so even he didnt seem to know what he was doing. ''Are you saying...'' she began with a sideways glance to Byakuya before she looked back at Ichigo and reached through the bars grabbing his collar pulling him forward a bit ''Is there a chance that you could of helped Itsuki and not even know you were doing it? think Ichigo!!!'' she shouted at him. ''What happened after you woke up...did you leave the trainning area with Shinji or something else...come on you have to remember!'' she said.

Ichigo looked off as Rukia asked him how he could be calm ''Maybe's its coz your out there and im in here! i cant do anything'' he began but he shook his head a little as if not meaning to say anything he waved a hand out in front of him ''Forget it...im not exsactly happy about it either'' he said and then looked to Mia as she suggested he served his sentance back in the human world but he sharply looked at Byakuya as he said there was a witness saying he was moving some hollows into Karakura town ''Bullshit!!'' he quickly said ''That wouldnt make any sense at all!! do you really think i'd set a bunch of hollow on Karakura town where i live...where my family live!'' he snapped. ''I dunno who your 'witness' is but there talking shit'' he added before he looked at Rukia as she said that Soul Society knew Itsuki was after him but did nothing ''You let Itsuki invade Karakura on purpose? are you out of your minds what am i!? some kind of bait to draw Itsuki...'' he began but he paused that made alot of sense.
Ichigo was shocked to hear how Ana and Orihime had met up with Itsuki by their own free will, what could they want with Itsuki or was it what did Itsuki want with them? Ichigo was trying to get his head around all of this stuff he didnt understand half of it. So Itsuki had set it all up made him think Rukia was turning agasint him, make it seem like his friends were losing faith in him, forcing him to go into hiding and now he was telling him Ana was the witness telling Soul Society everything ''What!?'' he suddenly snapped ''She would never do that! she wouldnt...'' he began as he turned away a little before he thought about it some more, there was no way Ana would do that, after everything she just wouldnt tell Soul Society that he was helping Itsuki because that wasnt true, why would she make things up?
Before he could comprehend that he was suddenly reminded of his trainning with Shinji he nodded, he remebered it, some of it. It was true that he had almost died trying to gain control of his hollow and he remembered passing out and then being back in Karakura between that, it was a blank he suddenly looked up as Rukia grabbed his collar through the bars demanding for him to tell her what happened ''I...cant remember'' he began ''I dont know what happened after that...does that mean that...i did help Itsuki? did he put those trackers in me...like he did with Inoue so that i'd help him?....he controlled Inoue's actions back in the human world'' he said. He looked at Byakuya as he said it would be better to stay in Soul Society so Itsuki wont come after him ''I want him to find me!! so i can kill him!'' he snapped. ''Bastards, done something to me hasnt he...''

Mia sighed softly and sat back down on the bed her mind ticking over she rubbed her temples a little as she thought and grinned a little "How about this!" she said and got back up grinning "Ichigo cant remember exactly what happend so how about we serch his mind for the memories and i will make sure no one trys to experiment on him..." she said and grinned a little mad scientist like and then sighed softly "anyway this way we will be able to try and find what reaslly happend, how Itsuki works, and then we can work on setting a trap for him! capture him bring him back to soul socierty were the captians can be judge jury and Exicutioner!" she said and smiled sweetly
"and we can all go back to our merry lttle lives Ichigo can go back to the human world and continue to protect the town he lives in which we all know hes bloody good at!" she said "and soul socierty can continue what soul socierty dose best!" she said.
Mia took in a deep breath and smiled softly and lightly brushed her unifourm.

Byakuya looked at Rukia as she questionned Ichigo on being calm about the situation ''It seems after 2 years you have matured since your reckless days'' he spoke up and then looked at Rukia ''Kurosaki realizes that there is nothing he can do its pretty smart if you ask me...but still being locked up doesnt stop his foul language that hasnt changed'' he almost smirked before he sighed at Rukia.
''I know very well who Isshin Kurosaki is and that it is son who we are dealing with...its why Yamamoto isnt prepared to come and see him for hiself...killing Ichigo will result in an uprising from all Kurosaki's'' he began. ''Ir is thought and suggested that Orihime Inoue and Ana Shoshi met with Itsuki because he threatened them with you Kurosaki...your being and living was bargained so that they would meet him...Itsuki threatened all your friends making them do things they wouldnt normally do and then run to you and make it seem like he had nothing to do with your friends going behind your back...Itsuki is a very clever man...'' he said. ''He always was back when he was first given his substitute status like you were...he was loyal to us and helped out whereever he could and when Soul Society caught his brother who is a full shinigami trying to over run Soul Society...he was later excecuted and Itsuki went agasint us...it was only a matter of time before he realized he had power of his own that could destroy Soul Society...he had a hollow like you Kurosaki and was at a constant battle with himself...i would watch him in meetings with us and he'd be sitting there...holding his head in his hands....he changed he became violent...he had friends...but they only got in his way...Nadie...that girl he works with she was his only companiion that stuck by him...her admiration for him meant that she wanted to be by his side no matter what...watching her trying to reason with him wasnt pretty...because she would feel the brunt of his anger...and he attacked her...all captains were called to stop Itsuki from killing Nadie she was injured badly and he would of killed her had we not intervened Itsuki escaped and we never saw him again....until now'' he explained.
''Yes we knew that Itsuki would come after you Ichigo...he's obviously found out who you are and that you too are a substitute shinigami...he knows you are like his equal...he knows what its like to have a hollow...and be human at the same time...he may seem like he just wants to hurt you or your friends but he actually reaching out to you...Kurosaki you could be the one to talk some sense in to him...if he hears it from you then maybe he will understand more'' he said and then sighed. ''We thought you could be the one to do that...but instead we had your friend Ana Shoshi come here and reported how worried she was for you and your sanity...she wanted us to take you in...she wanted us to keep you away from Itsuki for your protection'' he said to Ichigo. ''Itsuki doesnt want your friends interfering which is why he's got ris of them cuting the ties you have with each of them...we dont know if Itsuki wants to help you deal with your hollow or use you to take down Soul Society and have his revenge for killing his brother'' he said.
He looked at Mia as he suggested to delve into Ichigo's mind and find out what really happened ''Agreed...Ichigo is it discovered that you did help Itsuki then the sentance of 16 moths will be carried out...if you didnt help Itsuki then you are still the person Soul Society thought you were...lets hopw its the last one for your sake'' he said.
