Innocent until proven guilty

Mia watched and raised her eyes brows "yea...you need help... and you should accept help a little more often Ichigo...... you shouldnt be ashamed or feel bad for asking....everyone needs....help i gess once in there life time" she grumbled then turned.

She didnt want to spend all day talking about ichigos problem and nodded when people told her to skip. "ok his might give a little worse of a feeling ichigo seeing as your not aware of what went on im going into your subconsiouse mind" she said and smiled sweetly befor hitting the button whichsent a more intense tingerling to icigos head which hurt a little.

Mia looked at the screen to see what was coming up.

[Asano Keigo]

Mayuri widened his eyes as Ichigo rudely told it was none of business he grumbled a little before he had shoved him back and turned sharply. He heard Rukia and frowned a little he looked at Ichigo ''Oh so your that kind of guy are you...one that acts tough but is really as scared as everbody else! stop putting on a front and take this seriously! your not some much a kid anymore...your getting older and you need to control this now why you are still young and have high energy levels'' he said to him. ''Do not let it slip and wish that you fixed all of this by the time you are dead!'' he told him. ''You have a frightening amount of power that's not controlled properly...with the right people and trainning you could be unstopable...but you let your talent go to waste...get your act together before you kill someone that means alot to you'' he warned him. ''This is Itsuki all over again!! the maniac was his own worst enemy!'' he added.

He nodded to Rukia so that she would back off some to allow the rest of the experiment to continue. He smiled ''Good...then lets see if we have a guilty man here then'' he said when Mia said she could skip forwards but it would however cause more pain going into Ichigo's subconcious areas of his mind.

The blackness was suddenly pierced by a bright white light it was obviously Ichigo coming too after the ordeal before hand. There stood Nadie and a grinning Itsuki. ''Wow...a whole week you were unconcious for...welcome back...Ichigo'' Itsuki said to him as Nadie looked off. Itsuki then sat down in front of him ''Dont move...your body is still in a great deal of shock...i know your mind is all over the place right now but just listen...im going to explain everything'' he said to him. ''Can i just go back to the lair then?'' Nadie said. Itsuki frowned ''No..you can stay here'' he said to her. ''Alright then Ichigo...you trainned with the Vizards a week ago and it ended it absoulute turmoil...you almost destroyed their lair!'' he began. ''I escorted you out of the lair and your now in Karakura town...in a place not far from your school..i call it my little hideout its only a small building but it has its uses...anyway....'' he chuckled before he suddenly went serious. ''Ichigo you have been through alot this past week...and im afraid itsn ot going to get any easier...i learnt that you lost your power not long ago...i want you to get them back...i know you want them back...so here's an idea...i want you at full strength so im going to help you along the way'' he said. ''Ichigo ive cut you so that you are planted with my tracking devices...i can control your every move...now im going to make it appear like you are on my side...you are going to help me out with somethings and then Soul Society's attention will be on you and off me...they will probably arrest or take you into custody for your shameful acts while your friends will be left baffled as to beleive your innocent or not...understand...i dont expect you to right now but all will become clear...'' he said.

''Ichigo when you are locked away i will be able to track you down, i will break into Soul Society and help you escape...by that time i will of hoped you know more about my goals and objectives...you and me need to stick together...were 2 of a kind in our own miserable lives...once we get you out i will explain the rest to you then...for now Ichigo...watch your back...and thank you for being such a good decoy for me'' he smiled and then stood up. ''Lets go..'' he said to Nadie who frowned ''What? your just gonna leave him there?'' she said. ''Of course'' Itsuki sad he walked off. ''B-but...he's just come around from a coma...he needs medical attention...what if he does slip back into another one and die for sure...Itsuki....Itsuki...'' she said and then sighed she looked at Ichigo and see Itsuki was out of her sights. She crouched in front of Ichigo and held her hand out and muttered some words before a kido blast glowed around him ''Get better...Ichigo'' she whispered and then stood quickly and turned on her heels and ran after Itsuki.

Rukia's eyes widened at hearing Mayuri tell Ichigo to get his hollow under control, he was right in one thing, Ichigo could be Itsuki all over again. She gave a small sigh before she backed off from Ichigo allowing the experiment to continue and increasing in pain and distress for Ichigo as they entered his subconcious mind, he was gonna have a seizure if he wasnt careful.

It was then that Mia had skipped onto the area that could prove Ichigo's innocence and she watched intently no matter how difficult it would become to watch, every detail needed to be taken in here. Ichigo had regained conciousness so he was out of the coma but when she see Itsuki and Nadie she almost lurhced forwards and sneered in anger ''Those two!'' she grumbled, they were trouble and what were they doing with Ichigo. It was clear that Itsuki had brought Ichigo out of the Vizard's lair and into Karakut town in a building that was close to the school they kept him there for a while week! she suddenly felt so sorry for Ichigo, the poor guy was held in a place when he really needed medical attention. ''They kept him there while he was in a coma!! he could of died the bastard!! what an utter bastard!!'' she spoke up but she fell silent and watched on more hearing his plans on using Ichigo and how he would make the best decoy for him to complete his own goals. Rukia's fists tightened as she watched Itsuki patronize Ichigo, look down on him and tell him how things were going to happened before he up and left but it seemed Naide a concionse so it seemed, she had done something which must of been the only reason Ichigo was alive and here today. Once it ended Rukia looked to Ichigo she smiled gently to him ''Im...so glad your'e ok now...none of this whole who done what matters...'' she began then looked to Byakuya ''Are you happy now!! Ichigo's been treated like a hostage and been left alone to die he had nothing to do with Itsuki's plans!! if anything he was done over by Itsuki he's twisted Ichigo's mind confusing him! he's not guilty of anything you are all saying!! let him go!! he's done nothing wrong let him go home to his family!'' she demanded.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo could only look away in almost shame as Mia and Rukia told he should ask for help, he was glad however that they had decided to skip on and see if he was really innocent in all of this. He looked at Mia and then nodded after she had told his the pain would probably jump up because of his subconcious mind, something that he wasnt even awae of himself. ''Its ok...ive had worse'' he said to her and focused on the projection ofh is mind hoping he hadnt done something wrong without being aware of it.

He held the side of his head, feeling like he was just getting a really bad headache, it didnt feel too good put it that way. Ichigo forced himself to look up a but as he squinted from the pain but was determined to watch. He had awaoken from his coma somehow, he never did remeber waking up or any of what they were seeing, he didnt remember Itsuki being that much of an ass to him dragging him into some place and explained his sick plots while he was coming round from a coma. He was planning on dropping him into trouble on purpose, he had made his friends beleive he was helping him, that his friends were going behind his back and now he had discovered Itsuki wanted him to get his powers back so he could distract Soul Society's attention off from him and onto Ichigo himself.

Ichigo didnt know what to think after watching all of that, he could hear Rukia telling Mayuri and Byakuya that he was innocent and had nothing to do with Itsuki's plan but he wasnt really takin in what anyone was saying he was trying to work things out in his own mind. He really hadnt done anything, so Itsuki was just making things up, for a moment Ichigo had thought there was a possibility that he helped Itsuki he was sue he must of done something for all of this trouble to come of it. Why was Itsuki using him, why could he use anyone else? why was he planning to come back to Soul Society for him and why the hell did Nadie aid his recovery? he had too many questions spinning in his mind that it started to cloud up the projection of his mind on the wall.

Mia watched the projection and paused, when Rukia mentioned he was innocent she cougthed a little "Yes....but didnt Itsuki said he was going to come here when Ichigo was arrested....whats he up too!?" she said and paused looking at her captian and Byakuya.
Mia went over to Ichigo and then checked his eyes and nodded happy that there was no unwanted side effects happerning. SHe went back over to the machine and waited to hear if the captians were happy he was innocent. She was preparing a solution to help the bits she stuck to him come off easier she hummed softly to herself until the sulution went blue and went over to Ichigo and applied it around the edges of the bits she stuck on nd they came off with a slight popping sound Mia caught them and put them away. She went over to the machine and looked back "ive made sure we got a copy of those memories" she added.

[Asano Keigo]

Mayuri gave a sigh ''My my...this is complicating..'' he began ''What tension in this room!'' he added. After a silence he turned to Ichigo ''It seems you were a victim in this as much as the next person...what...you want an apology?.....forget it'' he said making a face. ''Im just here for the experimentations!'' he grinned. ''Besides your as good as evil anyway what with your split personalities'' he added.

''Hmm...what to do now...what to do...'' he said tapping his chin he sat down in a chair and let the silence fill the room, though he made a tapping with the one clawed nail he had, tapping it repeatedly on the arm of the chair as he got lost in thought while Mia checked Ichigo over for any side effects. He suddenly looked at Rukia as she started demanding Ichigo's innocence and for them to let him go. Mayuri slammed his fist on the chair he was sat on ''Shut up Kuchiki!!'' he grumbled wanting the peace and silence to come back. ''Your voice is stopping my train of thuoghts'' he said.

''Be quiet, Rukia'' came the monotonus voice of Byakuya as he stood from his seat and paced over towards them. He looked at Mayuri then Rukia and over to Ichigo and Mia. ''Kurosaki Ichigo...'' he began as he looked at him. ''I beleive an apology is in order...you werent to know of Itsuki's plans either and became his decoy in order for him to comit crimes while we all focused on you...'' he began. ''Rukia...is right...'' he said and looked down a bit. ''You are an innocent man....'' he said then looked to Mayuri ''Let him go...'' he told him only for Mayuri to grumble ''No way! he has to stay here!'' he replied as he stood up. Byakuya sighed ''He doesnt belong in Soul Society...he has a family and a human life...let him be Mayuri'' he said back to him. ''No no no! you miss understand me...'' he said then walked over to Ichigo and rested a hand on his shoulder ''Itsuki's coming here...just like Mia said....to Soul Society...this could be our chance to imprision Itsuki for good....'' he smirked.

Byakuya see where this was going and folded his arms ''Go on...'' he said. Mayuri nodded and then stood in front of Ichigo.''Itsuki thinks your being sent down then right?...'' he said to him then looked at Byakuya again. ''What if we say nothing...take matters into our own hands and act as if Ichigo is still guilty and lock him into the suposudly guarded cell draw Itsuki to Ichigo i will inform my division members and we can plan an ambush on him....'' he said ''Its so simple!!'' he said proud of his idea.

''You mean keep an innocent man in a cell that hasnt done anything wrong...your forgetting who is carrying out your 'plan' you need Ichigo's approval...'' he said. Mayuri nodded ''Ah'' he said then looked at Ichigo. ''How bout it then Kurosaki? its not that bad in them cells right! you wanna catch the man who set you up...made you out to be a traitor! he's hurt your friends right too! you must hate his guts...you wanna kill him so help us catch him and rewards will be great!!'' he smirked.

[kuchiki rukia *]

Rukia shot a glare at Mayuri as he refusd to apologize to Ichigo ''Bastard! you may think your above and beyond someone like Ichigo because your a capatain but in truth...he's worth 10 of you!!'' she snapped. ''Does it hurt your pride so much as to admit you made a mistake on a human!?'' she added. She looked over to Mia as she brought up that Itsuki was planning to come back for Ichigo ''Then we cant allow him to find Ichigo!'' she began then looked at her brother ''If they find one another again they'll fight to the death for real this time!'' she said.

She noticed Ichigo was very quiet and was thinking within himself the projection evn clouding over because of it. ''Ichigo?'' she began and then paused before she spoke again. ''Ichigo, say something...''
she suddenly heard Byakuya step forward and confirmed that Ichigo was innocent and to her surprise apologized for any mistakes mades. She smiled a little ''Nii-sama...'' she said queitly. Why did everyone think of Ichigo as a lowly human, a person that would so easily sway his judgement and side to fight for, he had dne so much for Soul Society had they really forgotten what kind of loyal man Ichigo was? she couldnt understand even in the truth being shown in their faces Mayuri was still acting as if Ichigo was guilty. She heard Byakuya tell Mayuri to release Ichigo and let him go back to where he belongs she looked at Mayuri seeing what his reaction would be and she had a conident look on her face before it was brought down, he was refusing to let Ichigo go. ''What!?'' she began. ''Mayuri you have to let him go...you cant stop him!'' she said then looked to Ichigo ''Go now Ichigo! your family, friends and your town need you, im sorry it came to all of this...'' she said then turned to Mayuri ''Karakura is probably under threat with Itsuki still being there! let him go back and protect everyone it's his job for crying out loud!'' she said even Byakuya had agreed and seem to understand that Ichigo's place was with the real world.

But suddenly Mayuri explained what he meant, he wanted to continue as if Ichigo was guilty so it would provide a good and convincing enough trap for Itsuki. ''I see....'' she began. She looked to her brother ''Could it work...i mean Itsuki wants to reach Ichigo...it could be the way to draw him someone and then arrest him...we'll never catch him just by coincidence...'' she said. She watched as Mayuri confronted Ichigo about his plans and she still hadnt heard anything from Ichigo yet, no responsde was often not a good response she had learned about him. She heard what Mayuri was saying and frowned ''He has to still pretend like he's going to help Itsuki? but the thing is he never really acted that way in the first place, just be yourself Ichigo otherwise Itsuki will know somehing's up if you start agreeing to work with him'' she said. She could hear him putting angry into Ichigo's mind stating aloud how he must hate Itsuki and want to take him down for all that he had done ''Hey dont put revenge into his mind...he's not a merciless person...'' she began. ''Ichigo...if you still have faith in Soul Society after the accusations they blamed you for then will you help us?'' she asked him, she doubted he had any faith in Soul Society's decisions anymore because they had got it so wrong in the past.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo was lost in thought trying to figure everything, was he really innocent in all of this and was Itsuki really going to contact him? his thoughts were put on hold as he heard Mayuri speak of how he was just a victim in all of this as everyone else but to Ichigo's annoyance Mayuri wasnt going to apologise. Stubborn asshole, was Ichigo's first thought before Rukia had brought up how it may be because he wasnt going to stoop so low as to apologise to a human. Ichigo frowned however at Rukia small speech before he sighed, he didnt want any apology, not from Mayuri anyway no matter what he beleived.

Ichigo's mind turned to that of his friends back in the human world still there with Itsuki lurking and probably trying to recover from the fight they had had. He looked up a little as Mia approached and started checking his eyes he looked a little confused before she disappeared again and then returned to get rid of those weird things that had connected his mind up onto the projection. He jolted his head a back a little at first wondering what she was doing but then realised and let her continue before he looked over at Byakuya who stood up and apologised, he shook his head a little ''Am i though? innocent i mean?...didnt you hear it? he cut me and put those tracker into me the same as Inoue...he can control a person like that...did he use that when your witness spotted me bringing a bunch of hollow into Karakura? Itsuki could of made me do all sorts and i wouldnt even know about it'' he said.

Ichigo's fists tightened in anger, he probably caused a threat, bringing hollows into his hometown where his frinends and family live wasnt something he like to get his head around, he wouldnt do that, what if someone had got hurt? He was being released or so he thought because Mayuri didnt seem to agree and Rukia had gone off on one as soon as she heard Mayuri, he frowned at her, why was she so sensitive towards what would happen to him now? it wasnt like he was going to be executed or anything and his name was pretty much cleared, well he hoped.

He could hear Rukia continue her arguments while he tried to see if he could remember anything he had just seen on the projection. He kept trying to search his mind go back to that day when he first asked for Shinji to help him he remembered thinking how stupid he must of looked when he had asked Shinji on what he should do next and he remembered going into the trainning grounds anything after that just seemed blank, as if it was cut off like his memories have been severed at that point. He had a look of frustration on his face angry at himself for not remebering before he came back to reality still hearing Rukia talking. ''Shut up Rukia!'' he quickly said and then stood up. ''I dont need your pity dammit!'' he said and then paused. ''I wanna do this...it doesnt bother me that Soul Society think im a traitor...im still gonna help them because im putting my differances aside...'' he said then looked at Mayuri. ''Just take me back to the cell then Itsuki will show himself...i just hope your division will be ready...'' he said to him. ''One thing though...you have to send some shinigami down to Karakura... i cant protect anyone there and im needed here to draw Itsuki...well i cant be in two place at once...take care of my friends and family and watch over the town'' he said.

Mias assistant scurried into the room and took his position again on her shoulder and was talking to her lowly as not to interfear or cause to mcuh noise to disrupt anyones conversation she nodded and smiled a little.

Mias assistant began to scan ichigo a green light shot over him momintarily and it squealed with aproval befor scurrying off. Mia smiled "just checking your not going to have any mutations like extra limbs pop out" she said jokeingly "but on a seriouse theres note mutations.... never actually done this on a human who isnt a spirit befor" she said and smiled.

When she herd Mayuri wasnt going to appoligize she pulled a bit of a face and sidled next to her captian and smiled "Captian you mayyyy be here just for the experiments" she said and then whispered "but even Byakuya appoligized...... and thats shocked me....any way Mayuri Kurotsuchi-sama..... I will glady tell you how i managed to get Ichigos powers back if you do" she said sweetly and smiled, knowing it would probaly be in her captians intrest to find out how she did it.

When she herd her captians plans she couldnt help but smiled and blush a little when he said just liek Mia said. She was having a good day apart from being in a cell. Which she needed to talk her captian baout later, She still didnt fully understand why he would send her a letter telling her to get out just be be brought back and chucked in a cell.

Mia then picked up her book which unclicked as she touched it and took out a pencil from her hair and started to write in it the penicil didnt even make a scartching sound on the paper just quiert. Mia turned a page and continued to write and glanced up and smiled befor writing some more and closed the book the book locking again nad she put the penicl back in her hair.

[Asano Keigo]

Mayuri smirked a little ''Good answer Kurosaki! your not all braun then...'' he said and clapped his hands together ''Right you are Ichigo! let's get you back in that cell then'' he said then looked to Rukia ''You are only confused the kid even more i think is what he means'' he said then looked back at Ichigo ''Put it this way...you'll have some peace in that cell'' he said to him and nudged him a bit.

Byakuya gave a sigh ''So you plan to go through with it all then....despite being found to be innocent you still wish to help Soul Society?'' he questionned Ichigo before he breathed out. ''I admire your loyalties and courage Kurosaki Ichigo...may luck be on your side for this operation'' he said then turned to Mayuri ''I will not inform any captains of this experiment...but i will have to inform them tht Itsuki will be on his way here...we must prepare for htis could be a huge all out war in Soul Society itself'' he said and then walked off before he stopped and looked over his shoulder. ''Rukia?'' he questionned to see if she was following.

Mayuri then looked to Mia as she tried to convince him to apologize to Ichigo ''Pfft!!'' he began as he waved a hand in front of him. ''I dont do sorry's...especially towards humans! pityful things they have strange things about them...they form ties with other human and let that be their downfall...dont you'' he said as he directed it at Ichigo. ''I bet you've already had many downfalls because of your friends...its their fault you went hollow on Itsuki!'' he started pointing blame. Mayuri then heard that Mia had somehow got Ichigo powers back. ''You did that?...'' he began. ''How did you do that? he's a human ity must of been difficult...what about the hollow? how was that to bring back...'' he said. He sighed when he discovered she would only tell him if he apologize. ''What for!? the guy's obviously got a chip on his shoulder you know...you always seem angry about something....and he probably doesnt care in the slightest about apologies...right Ichigo?'' he said.

''Oh and eh....you know where your cell was right? you can find your way...it just down corridor make a left and then keep going straight up its on the left again...go inside and....oh...there gonna want to know why you're by yourself...if youre a prisioner...ah this is a bother'' he sighed. ''Come on...i'll escort you'' he said and then looked to Mia ''Are you coming or are you going to test some more of the blood samples we still have so much to test!'' he said then turned to Ichigo ''Come...follow me'' he said to him as he walked out of his division area and along a corridor.

''So then, Ichigo...'' he began almost sounding like he was up to something already. ''Tell me...would it of been so bad to let us search your mind for other things?...im interested in human behaviour...'' he said as he walked.
