Ana knew everyone not just her and Orihime had to practice but if Orihime wanted to help her friends then she had to become strong and put aside her childish desire to help everyone even her enemies, she knew Orihime was a girl and she had strong feelings but she was becoming a woman and needed to act like one, she couldn't keep being the way she was, she was going to get herself and everyone killed. Things Ana would never ever say to Orihime in her wildest dreams and while she thought about doing it she figured Orihime would take it far too harshly and possibly withdrawl into herself than suck it up, Orihime was not like Ana.
She noticed how Orihime had not formed a shield around herself and it made Ana frown inwards but she got close enough and made sure not to hold Orihime's arm too tight. "You let me in... you forgot I'm your enemy and you let me in. I didn't do anything to gain your trust... I didn't say we had stopped playing our training game... you would be dead right now" she said and let Orihime's arm go "Now you've learnt... it's like... simon says... kind of" she added smiling "And Ana says we stop and take a break and be friends again" she said laughing a little at how stupid it all sounded before she sat down and patted the ground beside her for Orihime to join her.
