The unusual interest (Ana)

Rukia studied the arrancar trying to figure him out seeing if she could pinpoint any weak spots or anything that might help them in beating him. But she had nothing so far. It was clear that the arrancar wanted to fight them all one on one. Rukia had no choice but to take a back seat although Ishida asked her to have his back covered, so she would.

However the arrancar declared if anyone interupted a fight they'd instantly be killed ''Thats if you can!! kill us that it! such a confident arrancar arent you! i wouldnt be so sure'' she yelled at him. At least it was distracting him and diverting his attention away from Miko and Ana for now. Rukia had to jump back because Ishida was now firering an arrow at the arrancar something really strange happened where did Ishida quincy bow disappear to? it just sunk into the black steam. It was quiet for a while and then there it was behind Ishida his own arrow heading for him. ''ISHIDA!!! behind you!!'' she warned him.

Ishida just watched in hope that his arrow had the speed and power to reach the arrancar and cause some damage just so they know they werent fighting the unknow if they could even land a hit on him!

Ishida's eyes widened at the sight of the black steam flying in front of the arrancar and sucked in his arrow, it was as if the steam had absorbed it. ''What is going on here!'' he said and then heard Rukia yelling at him it was a good job she did because he hadnt seen his own arrow attacking him from behind.

''No way!'' he uttered but he had to dodge this thing now he leapt to the side and landed on the sand on his elbow just missing the arrow that plunged into the sand and created a dust cloud and a slight tremor on the ground. ''Thats impossible!'' he said. Ishida slowly got to his feet and looked at the arrancar, now he'd have to seriously think about what was his next move. It was one on one so he had to figure out his weak areas but how. He too was searching the arrancar he'd only find out if he tested it. So Ishida decided he'd aim for every angle of this arrancar and see how he defended himself for each one, thats all he could do right now that or get hit by his own arrows.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo see Ishida had started an attack but it looked as though Rukia had stood back as if Ishida was fighting one on one. 'Why is Rukia just standing there?'' he said but he glanced to Orihime seeing her look, he frowned at her expecting she was going to say something but she never did. ''Uhh...you alright?'' he said looking a little concerned. ''Did i say something wrong?'' he added but suddenly looked over at Ishida seeing the arrancar in front of him had used that steam to take the force of the arrow. ''What the hell is that?'' he muttered but see Ishida's own attack heading for him and Rukia was already trying to warn him. ''Damn just what is that arrancar's abilities?'' he thought but he could see Ishida was now to trying to see the arrancars weak spots ''Idiot!! aint it obvious where an arrancars weak spot is...'' he began. But his attention drew on to Ana and Miko on the other side getting closer.

[Shoshi Ana]

[/b] she said gently to him, he was doing great. Though not soon after she shielded him before seeing the arrow simply… well it did nothing. She gasped before glancing to Miko “Ishida is trying to piss the arrancar off… but I think it’s working the other way… come on… we better hurry.” She said.

And sure enough Ana and Miko were soon beside Ichigo and Orihime. She looked to Ichigo “What did you do to her Ichigo?” she asked glancing to Orihime “Do you think you are up for a little more healing?” she asked her glancing to Miko “You can sit down know” she said helping him.

She then looked up and frowned “You’d think he’d know to go for the mask…” she looked to Ichigo “Is he really that stupid? Don’t answer that…” she smiled a little before frowning watching Ishida and Rukia.

Come on guys she thought though was worried for them, more for Ishida who seemed pissed. Her eyes glanced to Rukia to make sure she was ok, she was so small and yet she could beat someone 15 times her size.

“Good to see you are ok again Ichigo… you gave us a fright…” she glanced to him “Don’t ever do it again and good work Orihime you have a really cool gift” she said looking to Orihime and smiled hoping to keep her smiling and not worrying, also to try keep her eyes away from what was going on.[/ul]

Miko looked at Ana and then see they had reached Ichigo and Orihime ''Thanks Ana'' he said to her and then watched as she spoke to her orange haired friends. ''Sorry Orihime...'' he said when Ana asked if she could heal him up too.
''I just dont know what happened to me, one second i was fine the next i couldnt hear anything and before you know im on the groud with this wound'' he said loking over his shoulder at the cut across it. He sat down and crossed his legs when Ana told him it was ok to sit down and then glanced over to the battle going on but he heard Ana say how it was good to see Ichigo all patched up ''Yeah! that was awsome that thing you did with your hollow i think he's pretty cool but uhh...not as the same time'' he said after thinking about having something like that. But he shuffled towards Orihime so she could see his injury better. ''Its nothing too bad..ill be ok wont i? i mean you can heal it ok'' he asked her.

The arrancar grinned at Ishida's reaction to his techniques ''Didnt expect that now did you quincy!! dont undermime me!'' he shoutted and then watched and waited to see what his next move was, he seem to like watching his opponants struggle to figure him out it was pleasing to him. But he smirked when Ishida went around firering arrows ''The same as everyone else arent you...let me guess your looking for a weak spot arent you...foolish quincy!'' he stated and then sent the black steam at every single arrow Ishida fired off. Esch one of the arrows re appeared and all shot out at Ishida at once. ''Haahaa!!! hahaaa!! ahh you people make me laugh so much none of you are intelligant at all!! infact why dont we end this with you lets see if your little raven haired partner is any better!'' he laughed ''Ive had enough of you pathetic quincy your a disappointment'' he said and then swung out his left arm so the mist followed and surrounded Ishida swirling around him getting higher and higher until it blocked Ishida's whereabouts and his vision to the outside just blakcness swirled around him until something white sparked inside and sliced right through the steam right at Ishida.
''Now then pest your next!'' he said to Rukia.

[Inoue Orihime]

Orihime hadnt even realised she had spcaed out until Ichigo had asked her if he said anything wrong. ''Uh...ahh no no!!'' she said flusted but was thinking on what to say next. ''S-s-sorry i was umm just thinking about some stuff...about that arrancar too!'' she said. Orihime quickly darted her eyes onto the fight seeing Ishida now fiering off his arrows to seek out a weak area. She glanced to Ichigo when she heard him say how obvious their weak spots were. ''Ah! the hollows masks of course...'' she began ''Kurosaki-Kun...do you think he's a illusionist of some sort...that mist seems pretty strange...i mean look at it it only moves on his hand commands...maybe if someone could disable his arms...then he'd definatly be really weakened...'' she said to him but she heard Ana and Miko seeing they had reached here. ''Miko-San! you need healing quickly...'' she said but she looked at Ana after hearing the first thing she said to Ichigo. Orihime shuffled uncomfortably where she was sitting as she looked to the floor waiting for Ichigo's response.

''Yeah...im all ready for some more healing...i have to do my bit you guys are working so hard and im just really glad i can pull my weight...even if it is a little exhasting...but ill be ok!'' she said with a firm nod and then turned to face Miko. ''Santen Kisshun, i reject'' she spoke activating her 6 herbiscus flowers and creating a orangy dome over Miko that quickly got to work on his injury. ''Its ok Miko-San...you'll be fine after this'' she smiled at him happily and then heard Miko mention the subject of Ichigo's hollow being cool through his eyes. She blinked a few times but smiled softly, if only he knew a hollow wasnt 'cool' until you went through alot of trainning. She heard Ana speak to Ichigo again. Was true he did give everyone a fright. Orihime turned her head as Ana said she had a cool gift. ''Thank you!'' she replied but quickly focused on Miko's injury until it was all healed up. Orihime shook her head a little trying to snap about of her haziness ''Really knocks you out after a while...'' she muttered. Suddenly Ishida was gone covered in the black steam ''Ishida?...'' she mumbled a look of worry on her face wondering what has happend to him. She saw something white sparkle and she knew Ishida wasnt safe she stood up ''Ishida!!'' she called out and wanted to run and help him. She looked at the arrancar seeing if he wasnt looking her way she didnt look long because she was rushing to Ishida. ''Ishida!! dont worry ill help you!'' she said panic clear in her voice as she ran.

Rukia hoped in her mind that Ishida would be smart about this and tread very carefully unless he wanted to be killed. One foot wrong and it would be costly he couldnt afford to make a mistake. She didnt expect Ishida to start fiering off arrows to see a weak spot in the arrancar. ''Ishida! its useless!'' she said but paused seeing each of Ishida's arrows being absorbed and then all fired back at him. ''Tsh!!'' Rukia grunted through clentched teeth. But she paid some mroe attention at the words 'raven haired partner' what was he insinuating exsactly?
''Looks like i have no choice'' she said and then see Ishida was swiftly gotten rid of in that steam. She beamed in shock her eyes shaking with fear if he could just do that to Ishida at the drop of a hat then this guy really was impossible to beat. But she couldnt let it sway her eyes from her opponanat now. She didnt have time to worry about Isida, she was sure the others would somehow help.

She frowned when he told her she was next and called her pest again. ''My name is Kuchuki Rukia!! i am a member of the noble and royal Kuchiki clan of Soul Society! i am not so easily beaten'' she snapped at him and drew her pure white zanpakuto holding it firmly in front of her. A bead of sweat ran down her face from the fear inside of her she was under pressure but when it came to it she would deliver for the sake of her friends. Rukia tightened her mouth knowing what she was going to say next would begin the fight, she hesitated at first and then ''S-sode no Shirayuki!!'' she commanded her zanpakuto ''Some no mai! Hakuren!!'' she yelled and from her zanpakuto shot out a wave of thick ice flying at the arrancar. Rukia deliberatly held off her attack when she heard Orihime's voice Rukia turned her head to look at her for a split second ''Inoue?'' she thought and her eyes darted over to Ichigo and the others. Rukia finsiehd off her attack and looked back at the arrancar seeing if she landed a hit. ''Ichigo!!'' she just yelled hoping he or someone would go after her incase the arrancar decided to turn onto her.

Ishida couldnt beleive all the arrow he had fired off were all comsumed by that same black steam. ''Just...what is that stuff'' he said to himself but he had to now dodge his own attacks but they were moving pretty fast. Ishida leapt to the side as quick as he could but was caught by an arrow cutting into his side. The sand suddenly became shopwered in blood as Ishida hit the floor hard. He clentched his teeth to bear the pain he coughed a little before looking up seeing Rukia now going to take on the arrancar ''Kuchiki!'' he called to her but he stopped because yelling hurt. Before he knew it the black steam swirled around him and from nowhere some shiny flew out at him something hit him but he didnt know what he guessed from it being something shiny looking a blade perhaps he didnt know what had happened to him.

Ishida could hear Orihime telling him she would help him ''Thank you Inoue-San...but...'' he began knowing he was close to the arrancar. ''No stay back Inoue-San!! ill be ok!!'' he suddenly yelled but he winced from the pain and it was clear all the yelling had caused the arrancar to look over their way so Inoue would be spotted for sure. It was then that he heard Rukia calling Ichigo most proabalby to stop Inoue from getting too close and grab the attention of someone. ''Kuchiki....watch yourself!'' he muttered not sure if she heard.

[Kurosaki Ichigo]

Ichigo looked at Ana and Miko as they finally reached them ''How'd that happen?'' he asked Miko and then looked to Ana when she asked what had he done to Orihime. Ichigo just scowled at her and quickly turned his attention back onto Miko dismissing the question. It made Ichigo wonder just how Miko had got that wound but he knew Orihime wouldnt have a problem with healing it. Although she did start to seem run down or exhausted from all of this. ''Take a break or something after you heal Miko'' he said to her.

Ichigo glanced back to Ana after hearing her say how Ishida should aim for an arrancars hollow mask. ''You'd think you would but he seems...i dunno out of touch?'' he said but smirked at little when she told him not to answer her question. ''Already did'' he said and then looked back at Orihime when she started talking about the arrancar being some kind of illusionist. Ichigo found himself looking at the arrancar as Orihime spoke seeing how he used his arm movements to command that strange mist. ''You know something...'' he began then looked back at her. ''I think youre right!'' he said and then heard Ana say he had given everyone a fright ''I did?....ill be careful dont worry about me'' he said and then watched the fight as Ishida see his own arrows coming back at him. Ichigo suddenly straightened up more paying attention seeing how Ishida would handle this because those arrows were moving fast. ''Dammit move Ishida!!!'' he yelled at him even though he didnt see Ishida had been hit he knew it because all the blood around him. ''Is he half asleep?'' he muttered.

Ichigo then looked to Rukia seeing she was now taking on the arrancar but before he knew anything else Orihime was up and running towards Ishida. Ichigo looked surprised that she had just run out like that, was something he'd do but he knew she was only concerned for Ishida but even so it had now attracted the attention of the arrancar. ''Inoue!!! wait!'' he called out to her and ran after her hearing Rukia telling him to stop her but he was already on it. Ichigo quickly glanced to the side of Orihime seeing the arrancar looking her way he remembered what she had said about weakening his arms to stop that weird black steam. He'd put that to the test and see if it helped.

Ichigo was still in his bankai form after fighting Ulquiorra with it, so he had his increase speed so he'd use that to quickly weaken the arrancars' arms. In the blink of an eye Ichigo had made his attack slicing across the arrancar using just a couple of fast flash steps trying to heavily wound him on his arms and then reappeared near Orihime and Ishida and watched. ''You gave me an idea Inoue...lets see him use that stuff now'' he said still looking at the arrancar.

[Shoshi Ana]

[/b] she yelled quickly standing. Thankfully Ichigo was faster and had almost gotten to her.

She smiled knowing that she was safe... so was Ichigo and Ishida. Ana kept close to Miko to stay on edge and make sure nothing bad would happen to them. She glanced to Rukia, one would think she knew what she had to do it was just a matter of it happening. Having no idea what any of them were thinking Ana just staid still watching everything "How you doing Miko?" she asked glancing to him[/ul]
